I have downloaded the app. App says no connection. I have checked wifi and cellular. All good on my part. Everything else up and running fine. Any suggestions?
App no longer available in Apple app store. Developer has not responded to my reports of issue since January 2023. Developer does not send promised gift card when I redeemed 1000 points last January. I'm coming up on another 1000 points shortly, with 70 points pending for winning timed challenge purchase but I can't get any info on when the 70 points will be awarded. My total points now shows as NEGATIVE 1157. I have sent developer online requests for support and automated response says they'll "get back to you shortly" but they never respond at all.
I have over 2000 coins earned. Have not been able to redeem any of them. This has been going on for several months. Very frustrating!
