How else can I purchase iCloud storage for my camera?
I am having setting up my two cameras I bought and I need to see if they work and are close to the 10 days to register them for full coverage on them both. I only got to inputting the camera's QR code for one camera and have not touched the other yet. As instructed, I powered up the camera, waited for the prompt sound after doing the above. There is no choice between the sound connection or the ethernet. It automatically chooses ethernet and I plug into the router and I get a failed attempt, then it states try again. I have waisted hours trying to set this up and it is frustrating and getting on my damn nerves and I would like to know if these things work or not!! If they don't, then I need to return them before it is too late to get my money back!!
Hello MIPC has been working great. However, i open the app and see then thumbnails ok. But when I click on the thumbnail to go full screen, it opens to full screen black. What. COuld be causing this? Thanks
As of now my cloud storage on the MIPC app is no longer working..I even restarted it and uninstalled the app.. And also reset the camera.. NOTHING this is really frustrating.
For months my sister and I were getting activity/motion push notifications on our phones and then about four weeks ago we no longer got them. We have checked our settings, powered off our phones, deleted the app then reinstalled and still we are not getting any push notifications. Is there a solution to this problem? About three weeks ago push notifications for activity/motion quit working for the two cameras I have installed. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app numerous times with no luck. I have checked and rechecked all the settings. The settings are all accurate. I need help in getting this resolved. Thank you
Hi. The app has stopped send motion/sound alerts when the app is not open. Have done factory reset, checked settings in app and phone, all appear ok. Don’t think I changed any settings prior to problem. Thanks

I have 2 IP cameras (Yamla) connected directly with ethernet cable to my router, works good but occasionally they freeze on me, then on the MIPC program I click the left side to start record and then later on freezes again , what making them freeze.

Camera stopped recording to cloud storage that I'm paying for. I've restarted camera via app and by unplugging it. I've checked settings for motion detection and human detection, they are all on. I've even turned off Video upload via cloud storage and turned it back on, but it is still not working!
Started out great, had about a five minute view. Came back a half hour only to find the device is offline. Nothing changed, no settings were changed, nothing. Even went outside to make sure the power was still going to it. This is a poor advertisement for wireless camera. Why have wireless option when you have to have the camera plugged into ethernet. I spent two hours pre permanent position to make sure all my settings were correct. It was working great wirelessly, even tracking family as they walked by. I turned that feature off in the settings, made sure wireless was selected. Once in position, the offline message comes up, I do not, (cannot) run an ethernet cable out to the camera. When it did connect for that five minutes, distance was within range, with good connection showing. So far, not impressed with this camera, or maybe the apps for it, both computer and phone/tablet. Now I cannot even go to settings to check what's going on or even access the sd chip. No chance of purchasing cloud, don't want to get stung there if it's not going to work. Hopefully a resolution can be made, I will wait to review my purchase on Amazon, hoping it is an app issue. Are there any other apps that can be used?
Hello one day my camera was working and now it’s not
Can I have two separate accounts for two different addresses with different login information. The app doesn't let me download the app twice.
This app won't let me login anymore no matter how many times I use the reset password button they sent me!! Complete waste of money. And they got me for 2 years of cloud service for another $40 wasted 🙄
Received a message on cell that says my device needs upgrade. Every time I hit "upgrade", it says upgrading, but then says upgrade failed. Any suggestions? doing this over Wi-Fi.
I am using MIPC free addition and not subscribed to cloud service. No one other me has log in to my account Since day one I noticed that video is gets edited by someone else using cloud features as zone minding, setting up hidden zones, disabling life feed etc. On both my cameras it shows that cloud storage is not open. How can I find someone to verify if my cameras are link to cloud service?
My camera just stopped working due to the app. Keep resetting and nothing, even the help pages are just blank. Must resolve in next few days or will trash and move on with negative reviews
