we bought a camera with this company and they charged us for service. We bought two more cameras and paid for service for two more cameras. The other service we just paid for was one year and is good till 2023. It charged us for the extra two cameras service and deleted the storage for our third. There is no customer service number to call.
The camera works fine with Ethernet connectiion to the router but does not connect wirelessly. I have made sure the camera is close to the router and that the wifi password is entered correctly. Any advice welcome, thank you

I recorded a couple different videos on my baby camera and some I'm able to pay, but one in particular, when I click to play, says "cannot play video" and it just happens to be the most important. The camera sucks the app sucks I bought cloud storage and have not received it it's telling me to buy it again it says that it expired in 1969 not sure how that's possible when I bought it yesterday, the camera only faces forward and you cannot turn it side to side just up and down and it does not have a very wide lens for an exterior camera, it should have more options and the notifications keep on going off through the night though there's nothing there. Chinese cameras are crap and they have no idea how to function their app to the camera I have two of these chinese-made cameras from two different companies and they're both crap they do not function with the app properly Mipc app does not know military time 28:00 is not a real time and setting camera notifications through the night 22:00 (10:00pm) to 06:00 (6:00am) the app tells me the start time must be earlier than the end time ... FIX THE APP RETARDS

I have two Conico cameras which were working fine until a week ago. When I pull up either camera on my iphone Max Plus or my iPad both cameras run live for about a minute and then freeze. I have restarted both my phone and iPad, restarted my router, restarted both cameras and reset them to factory. I can't figure out next steps to fix this issue. Dear Support team, I have just updated my MIPC software on my iPhone to version 7.7.4.2007301000 and I noticed it had a serious bug. The bug is that when I expand the MIPC view on my iPhone it freezes, It happens to all my 6 cameras. I have restarted all of them and reset them but no difference. I have cleared the cache on the MIPC software on my iPhone and still no luck. Looks like a serious bug that you need to fix ASAP. Thank you, Mo

I have had problems with the sound working properly and getting Bluetooth devices to connect since the app was last updated. I primarily use the camera as a baby monitor and in order for the sound to work I have to close out the camera I am viewing, go back to the main screen, select the camera I want to view again and try turning the sound back on (after multiple attempts of pushing the sound button) and hope that it works that time. I have also tried connecting two different Bluetooth devices and it doesn’t connect on either one of them. I did not have a problem with the sound or connecting Bluetooth devices prior to the last update.
I love these cameras, have been using them for 2.5 years now and just purchased my third camera. Every now and then in the past the app would crash but other than that I haven’t had any problems. I thought one of the cameras was going out because it wouldn’t record anymore. However, it was actually the SD card that needed to be replaced. The picture is very clear and the cameras are extremely affordable!
Please fix the sound, Bluetooth connection problem and that awfully massive “iCloud storage ad and I will be a happy customer. I will change my review from a 1 to a 5 at that time. Please don’t suggest that I update my app or cameras as they are both updated to the most recent versions. Thanks!

Unfortunately this great camera is being totally messed up by a very poorly made app. The apps functions aren’t even the issue either as when the app is actually working, the function of the app work just fine for me and have for about 4 years now. However where my issue lies is with the constant reliability of it actually logging me in and turning on properly. It’s really just been a problem more so in this last year and I know for a face it is not my network but I’m fact the apps server itself. After the most recent update I have had the most issues down to the point where all 3 of my cameras are useless at the moment and I use them for my business as I am a dog trainer and use them for sanctioned separation practice. I’ve used these cameras for years to assist both puppies and adult dogs to get over separation anxiety to live happier more comfortable lives. Unfortunately I am unable to continue using these since just yesterday where I wasn’t having issues all month and week. Literally after updating yesterday, I’ve regretted it because I now currently can’t use any of my 3 cameras. Please fix your server and create a new update to correct ASAP! Otherwise I will need to change to a new company and I will leave my review at 1 *
If bugs are fixed, I will absolutely update my review to something positive.

We struggled to get this app connected to our wifi initially but my husband managed to successfully get it all worked out eventually. Now we have the app on three different devices to monitor our baby’s room but I’ve noticed that notifications aren’t reliable. Sometimes they come in all at once, back to back and sometimes I will go retrieve my baby from her crib and have zero notifications for going into the room and talking to her and picking her up. I have resorted to using my 6+ year old Samsung monitor - it never fails to notify me when she cries or even whimpers. Our wifi is excellent at home, so I don’t understand why the camera will just black out on the monitoring end from time to time. When this happens I have to close out the app and re open it to connect to the camera again. There is a delay in the image and the sound never works on our devices. I have adjusted the setting for this but it doesn’t work. I get that this is a very affordable camera and I appreciate that, but it is nearly useless for baby monitoring purposes since the notifications are unreliable and the camera will randomly not connect from time to time until you exit and re enter the app. Wish the app would get updated and work better.
