I have used SimplePrintsPhotoBooks in 2017 to make a 20-30 page photo book and I thought I’d use it again to make a larger book of our most recent trip. This time I had 1000+ pictures to sort through and SimplePrintsPhotoBooks just wasn’t up to it. Some of the issues were just inconveniences as the iPad app not allowing landscape view except when previewing the book, to bigger issues like app constantly crashing and rearranging my photos on the shelf bar on top when I reopen SimplePrintsPhotoBooks , having no way to multi select pics on the shelf bar to get rid of them when you reach the max, making me drag each one to the trash can. Sometimes the pics just come back when you restart SimplePrintsPhotoBooks making it reach the limit again or sometimes even after dragging and deleting 100’s of pictures and getting rid of pages from the book itself, it still tells me I’ve reached my 500 limit. I don’t know if it’s storing them in memory but randomly it’ll allow me to add more time to time until the proble, starts all over again. After days of fighting with SimplePrintsPhotoBooks and reaching a bit over 200 pages, I’m throwing in the towel.

I ordered my first two books after a family vacation and although I loved the ease of using SimplePrintsPhotoBooks , I was pretty disappointed by the print quality when the books arrived. The photos I uploaded where high enough resolution that they could have been much larger and still looked great but the prints on all the pages came out visibly pixalized. I’ve used snapfish and Shutterfly and similar other brands before and although it took longer to make, the final product looked MUCH better! I ordered hard cover but standard pages, I’m not sure if the premium pages would have made much of a difference but if so it would make each book cost more than with other brands. I really wanted to love SimplePrintsPhotoBooks but so far I’m disappointed. My home printer has higher quality of photo prints.

I have used Simple Prints for years and made at least 10 photo books for annual holiday gifts. The quality of the books is fantastic, clear pictures, great binding, nice covers. However I have been pulling my hair out this month while making books for my parents and myself. Since I put a years worth of pictures I have to work on the books in stages. Every time when I return to the books the pages have pictures that won’t load and it is not saving whole pages I have made. Today I finished a project and when I went to preview the book it was completely different, missing pages and had old pictures that I had deleted completely. I am actually going to abandon the projects and use a different app/company. Very disappointed, I have spent HOURS on this years books.

I tried this service on a whim. I had been using MyPublisher which is no longer in operation so I needed to find another way to make photo books. I just returned from China and all my photos were on my iPhone 8. The photos were beautiful but transferring to my computer is a pain. I started playing around with SimplePrintsPhotoBooks and two hours later decided the final product was good enough to order. I was worried about how my book would look because I had used another app with poor results. This book is fabulous if a bit pricey. I’m hoping prices will come down or coupons will be available. I usually make books for everyone with whom I travel. My one request is that Simple Prints develops a few more interesting formats, perhaps with a holiday or travel theme. Maybe with designed backgrounds and tilted photo slots? This could make a more interesting book. Also I would have liked more lines to tell my story on the opening page. Just a suggestion, or two. The book looks great! Thanks!

Best customer service I’ve experienced. I kept seeing Simple Prints pop up on Facebook I’ve wanted to do a photo book for a long time but thought it would be difficult. It couldn’t have been any easier! You can easily add or delete pics, add words, title, book cover. It was done so quickly! Because my billing address was a P.O. Box they texted me to tell me they could either change my shipping method or give them a physical address. I quickly sent them my home address. They texted me right back to confirm and also emailed. I received my expedited shipment in 4 days and it’s PERFECT. Thanks so much I’ll definitely do this again! Pam

Simple Prints is great!! I was looking for a new way to print my photos because I was bored with printing 4x6 photos that would end up stuffed in a drawer that I would never open but once a year maybe. I saw Simple Prints in SimplePrintsPhotoBooks Store and thought I’ll give it a try. SimplePrintsPhotoBooks is user friendly and takes only 10 minutes to do. You just add your photos to the pages and Simple Prints does the rest! You can customize your text and add additional extra features. Simple Prints is also reasonably priced and processing/shipping is fast! Great app and great company! I highly recommend you try it out!

This was the first time I created a photo book from pics in my IPhone. I am not tech savvy and found this process super easy. The book came out GORGEOUS!
The quality was second to none with exceptional colors, beautiful paper and choices of titles, messages and accents.
Customer service was exceptional as we emailed back and forth after I requested, at the last minute, for overnight shipping.
My dealings far surpassed my expectations and I have not experienced this level of product quality and customer service ever. I cannot wait to order many future books for my family.

This company is great and I highly recommend it for any printing project you are planning. I’ve printed both hardcover and softcover 8” books and a metal print. All were great. Their preset formats are a convenient feature and save you a lot of time. If you’re procrastinating on a project you have in mind this is definitely SimplePrintsPhotoBooks to get because once you have it you’ll see how It makes it so easy to put an impressive book together. I chose simple prints because SimplePrintsPhotoBooks is so easy to use and it is great for on the go use. So I was practically done designing my travel photo book before I even got home from the vacation. The photo books are high quality- color matches what you see in SimplePrintsPhotoBooks . The customer service is also amazing. They have a system in place to make sure there are no surprises and you get exactly what you designed in SimplePrintsPhotoBooks . ⭐️Linsie was super helpful and made sure that everything was accurate. I’ll definitely use simple prints again for any printing.

I highly recommend this wonderful company. They managed in 3 days to create a beautiful Photoalbum for my stepdaughter. These photos summarized her last 20 years with us and was a present for her wedding in Germany at the beginning of August. When they noticed that the resolution of some pictures was not optimal they contacted me to find an adequate solution. As this delayed the production, they offered to ship the album directly to Germany. This was not necessary, they made it on time and I am flying in this moment with the album with me. Keep up the excellent work and caring and thank you from the heart!

I like that I can create an album while I’m on a trip and the details for captions are fresh in my mind. I hope Simple Prints will improve size and image quality for online viewing. I buy a physical book for our family, but I want to share an electronic copy with distant friends and relatives. Unfortunately, the online album images are too small and too low in detail to reflect the value of the work product. I’d be willing to pay for an add-on to my physical book that provides a higher quality online link to share.

The people I dealt with were so kind and accommodating! I was new at this and trying to create a book by going through 1,000 photos and deciding which to use, and felt overwhelmed by that process. The result was that I didn’t get things right in the book - over and over. But via e-mails, and with the tremendous help of the staff, it was all sorted out. It was a learning process, but I will definitely use SimplePrintsPhotoBooks again.

Update:

I’ve now created another much longer book, and, knowing the ropes now, it was incredibly easy and fun to do. I plan on doing many more books with this great company. I’d give it ten stars if it was possible.

Love SimplePrintsPhotoBooks and created my first book. I worked with Apple books before and decided to try simple Prints and was so impressed on how fast and simple it is. But for the price ... I spent $75 for one book and there were no options for changing of background colors.... Nor different font types for the context. Apple books have different font and color options and the ability to make a photo a background or back drop. I loved the simplicity of SimplePrintsPhotoBooks and so easy to make a photo book from my phone. I will use it again in the future!!!

This is the best photobook diy site I have discovered! It is user friendly since its my first time to make a photobook album for my daughter’s birthday. I’ve always put it off due to my busy schedule, and she wondered why she is not in some of our family pictures (she’s my youngest).
So as I browsed FB, saw this ad and tried and voila! It took me numerous times to get what I aimed for- too many photos and finishing touches i want to include, but thankfully, the staff I communicated with thru emails guided me through- so patiently! My daughter had a wonderful birthday party, even more happier with her special gift of her very own baby book!

I love using SimplePrints for creating photo books because it is very user friendly and my books always come out gorgeous. I think it is expensive, but if you want to be guaranteed you will love the photo book, it is the only one I can recommend. I have used others only to be frustrated with the complexity and disappointed in the finished product.

I wish they offered free shipping but I understand they are a small company. Sign up for promotional discounts, although the are very infrequent.

I received my most recent creation today and I am as thrilled with this book as I have been with all the others.

This was my first time doing a photo book and after reading the reviews of all app choices this had the highest.
I’m more than thrilled with the outcome of my books. The quality is excellent and now I want to do more thru them!! I’m hooked.
I chose the hard cover and premium photo paper. The results are incredible the colors are true to the original photos and they even add a thin delicate ribbon attached to book to mark where you left off or your favorite page. My only suggestions would be to the company expand on colors of books and pages along with choice of different lettering. But I’m totally happy with it as it is. Thank you so very much!!!

I am on my 11th Book and each time I have had amazing and very professional service from the folks at Simpleprints. Most of the books are photos of our travels. But once I realized how easy it was and that the quality was so terrific, I decided to do a coffee table book of my Mother’s artwork and upgraded the paper. Simpleprints helped me with the quality of the photos and made sure it arrived on her birthday. It was so beautiful I had more than 10 orders at the family reunion! I also decided to take almost 20 years of my husband’s Christmas letters along with Christmas photos taken over the years and made books for him and our grown children. It was one of my best Christmas days ever!

I have always used Shutterfly for my books for my family, but when trying this year I just could not make it work. While on Facebook I saw SimplePrints and I needed a book for my grandson's 18th Birthday. It's easy to use and I submitted my photos. SimplePrints emailed me that a lot of my pictures were not going to fit proportionately and there were other issues. I wrote to them asking if they could help me with my problem and they could not have been kinder and fixed everything. I love my book. It's perfect. The quality of the paper is excellent. I will not use anyone else again. It's refreshing to have people care about you. Thank you to the staff of SimplePrints. You're the best. Donna Snyder

I’ve been making photo books for over 20 years... using a lot of popular companies mentioned here...I was skeptical at first but needed to make my annual Father’s Day book for my husband.... and my usual online company had too many glitches, errors on site etc... and I was getting frustrated with how long it was taking to upload....anywho..
Simple Prints app was extremely easy to use, upload and create...and the end product was beyond my expectation because the 12x12 book came out beautiful! The layouts were great and color accuracy was spot on!
Processing and shipping was way faster than I anticipated and the packaging of the book was an extra bonus because the book arrived in excellent condition.
I definitely recommend this company!!

I tried SimplePrintsPhotoBooks as a whim for a last minute gift idea. It was quick and easy to insert my pictures and create collages on each page. Once completed my book arrived quickly. While I was looking through the book and enjoying the product I noticed one of my captions was missing. It wasn’t a big deal but I decided to contact the company and see if they would do anything about it. They were quick to respond within an hour. They told me how to fix it and checked back multiple times to make sure it was fixed. They ended up having to do something on their end for me but they were quick and efficient about it and extremely pleasant and apologetic. Also they are sending me the reprint with upgraded shipping with no charge. I will definitely recommend and keep using this service.

I ordered my first photo book from the SimplePrints app after I got all my wedding photos back from our photographer. I searched Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, and other photo book apps and they were all difficult to use and super expensive. Then I tried SimplePrintsPhotoBooks out and it was SOOO easy to navigate and personalize compared to all the other ones I tried to use. I just received the photo books in the mail a few weeks ago and the final product was even better than I expected! I convinced my sister to start using this photo book app and I can wait to give my mom the photo book I ordered for her birthday! I just made and purchased my second order with pictures from our honeymoon and I can’t wait for it to come in and look at it with my husband! I highly recommend SimplePrints and it deserves 5 stars for sure.
