Why would anyone think that removing the visible song list would be a good idea? Literally nobody asked for that and it makes things very difficult for instructors to choose a playlist for classes.

How to fix RockMyRun app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RockMyRun app on iPhone
Update RockMyRun app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RockMyRun iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RockMyRun on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RockMyRun network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RockMyRun Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RockMyRun not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RockMyRun App
1. On android, goto Settings » RockMyRun » click [Force Stop]

Update RockMyRun to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RockMyRun App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RockMyRun » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RockMyRun.

Fix RockMyRun unable to contact server/ RockMyRun internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RockMyRun » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RockMyRun » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RockMyRun
