- Punitive when getting wrong answers

- Navigation through the different training sessions can be frustrating

- Subscription box pops up and won't go away when trying to launch a new game

I have been satisfied with Brain HQ until i got to the upper levels. Several of them are malfunctioning. Some examples are Freeze Frame, To Do List and Juggle Factor but you should check all of them. Thanks. Sandy Witman Witwoman@redacted

BrainHQ doesn’t display properly on my IPhone. It works fine on my iPad. On my phone the display is too large and I can’t see the controls.

How to fix BrainHQ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BrainHQ app on iPhone
Update BrainHQ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BrainHQ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BrainHQ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BrainHQ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BrainHQ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BrainHQ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BrainHQ App
1. On android, goto Settings » BrainHQ » click [Force Stop]

Update BrainHQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BrainHQ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BrainHQ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BrainHQ.

Fix BrainHQ unable to contact server/ BrainHQ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BrainHQ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BrainHQ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BrainHQ
