The app was working great until just recently (March 2023). Now, only some of the songs are available. Most come back with an error "Unable to Download Music". I tried it on my iPad and iPhone--same issue. Wondering if the latest iOS update broke the app. . .

I’ve been using this from primary. I suggested to the parents to build their playlist for our sacrament program. Some can’t find Build An Ark, while mine has it. Any idea why???

on my iphone the coloring pages do not load. all else in the app seems to work great. I have an iphone SE. the coloring pages used to work but have not for a couple weeks now.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Gospel app issues:

Force Stop the Gospel App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Gospel app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Gospel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gospel App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Gospel app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Gospel.

Fix Gospel unable to contact server/ Gospel internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Gospel » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Gospel » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gospel on android.
