The app was working great until just recently (March 2023). Now, only some of the songs are available. Most come back with an error "Unable to Download Music". I tried it on my iPad and iPhone--same issue. Wondering if the latest iOS update broke the app. . .

I’ve been using this from primary. I suggested to the parents to build their playlist for our sacrament program. Some can’t find Build An Ark, while mine has it. Any idea why???

on my iphone the coloring pages do not load. all else in the app seems to work great. I have an iphone SE. the coloring pages used to work but have not for a couple weeks now.

How to fix Gospel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gospel app on iPhone
Update Gospel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gospel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gospel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gospel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gospel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gospel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gospel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gospel » click [Force Stop]

Update Gospel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gospel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gospel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gospel.

Fix Gospel unable to contact server/ Gospel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gospel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gospel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gospel
