RitasIce isn't terrible, and it does serve it's purpose. The punchcard is useful, and as long as you login with Facebook, it seems to be pretty reliable. The map for finding locations isn't great; it ought to show your current location, and the details for individual stores should definitely show open/close hours and dates.

Tried to use RitasIce the other day and it required me to complete a new registration page. When finished I clicked on “Complete Setup”, I got the message: “Once birthday is set it cannot be changed.” I couldn’t get past that so I couldn’t get credit for my purchases.

Have tried updating RitasIce and deleting and reinstalling it - still run into the same issue even though they say it’s fixed. Frustrating that I couldn’t use RitasIce and won’t be able to use for their free ice special. It’s as if they released it without putting it through its paces.

I have used the Rita’s app the last year or two and it was fine til this most recent update. At first it requires me to re register all my information and would lock up when I tried to submit it. This happened several times so I decided to delete and reinstall RitasIce ; now it says my email and password don’t match the records, to use forgot password and reset it. I tried that and it said it successfully reset and it still tells me that it doesn’t match. Very upset with this issue.

You can only create a rewards account on RitasIce but for the last 3 days whenever I try to set up an account after entering my address or birthday the screen goes white. I then wanted to look at the menu and was directed to Safari and wasn’t able to see the difference flavors of Concrete or Blendini. Why advirtiese an app that doesn’t work. You should have said what RitasIce says for online ordering “Coming Soon”

RitasIce has been great. I love to see it be point based. RitasIce worked well at the window. I cannot wait until online ordering comes. I love Rita’s and love supporting local small businesses.

RitasIce is cute but pointless. You click on full menu you it takes you to the website. The website even tells you to call for flavor options. You can’t even order on RitasIce . They’ve had since Rita’s closed last year until now to have it fully up and running

I have RitasIce but when I opened it to get my free water ice it made me download the update. After I did , it asked me to enter my registration info and update password. Now RitasIce is completely stuck on registration page and keeps saying I can’t change birthday even though I didn’t try to. So I never got my free water ice

Old app was so much better and easier to use. This one won’t let me get passed registration because of a “service error” even with the new update. I have been trying every day because it is the only way to get the free small ice reward, but it is impossible to use.

I’ve tried and tried but RitasIce just doesn’t work. Try to create an account and nothing but a blank screen comes up. Waste of time. Been trying since before free ice week and nothing works. What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t work?

App forces user to enter more contact information, then after entering required information I get “once birthdate is entered, it cannot be changed” error warning. It never takes my information and I can’t get of the screen

Rita’s has us downloading an app, making an account, updating RitasIce for their 1st Day of Spring reward. Then we get to the window and they’re telling us RitasIce isn’t working. That’s suspicious if you ask me. They were happy to take my paid order but I declined.

I had 2 purchases toward my 7. I opened RitasIce today and it said there was an update. I updated and the free spring one showed up but it wiped my previous purchases away. Not cool (see what I did there?😜) hopefully it will be fixed.

I reset my password and now it’s making an entire new account and keeps crashing every time I write in my information and won’t let me log in despite having a log in.

Won’t let me enter birthdate. Can’t create account. I also cannot go to the website to leave feedback either. So please don’t give me your pretyped response to leave feedback online when I can’t do that.

It doesn’t work. And I’ve been emailing with Rita’s for weeks.

I’ve had 5 visits. They scan RitasIce and still the visits aren’t there.

Now it’s telling me to register. When I’ve been registered. And I can’t even do that.

When I go to make account it keeps disappearing or crashes

I love RitasIce can’t wait for first day of spring and my free Rita’s treat

It never works. It says can’t connect to the network. I uninstalled and reinstalled three times with no luck. Fix this please.

Can’t even make an account RitasIce just goes to a frozen white screen

Nags me to turn on Bluetooth every time I open RitasIce , and there’s no way to turn off that notification. Every time I try to login, RitasIce tells me that either my email or password is invalid. Clicked on forgot password and RitasIce tells me that my email address is invalid, although the company has no problem sending a steady stream of promo emails to that address. So I tried to set up a new account using a different email address and password, and got the same message. Pretty worthless.

I am a huge Rita’s fan and had no idea that they had an app. I go to my local Rita’s almost weekly and I am so happy to see they have a rewards program too. FREE TREATS!! RitasIce is so easy to use which makes it so worth it and a total no brainer!

Not only is RitasIce easy to use, but I also receive awesome rewards for visiting my local Rita’s! If you don’t have RitasIce on your phone already, I highly encourage you to download it. You won’t regret it!!

Trouble creating account but customer service was helpful and really worked hard to fix issue and help me create an account.

I’ve downloaded RitasIce on Wednesday and every time I try to log in it keeps saying invalid email address or password. I even tried my other email address as a new sign up and get the same message. I guess it wasn’t meant for me to be able to get the free Italian ice today. I know it’s the correct email because I receive my emails from Rita’s at the address I entered.

RitasIce is super organized and tells you all the promotions going on and very easy to navigate and helpful where everything is!!

I have had the same problem as many others. Tells me my email is wrong. Trying to reset password doesn’t help. I uninstalled and “allowed” all requests and then it stalled on registration. I’m not a novice in the computer development field. The developers need to spend a lot more time de-bugging an app before they release it.

Another reviewer pretty said the same thing about how pointless RitasIce is. You’re better off calling (and hoping they answer) to see what flavors are available. My favorite is island fusion and whenever it’s made I get a quart size. I hate driving out the way to see flavors I don’t want and I was hoping RitasIce would prevent that

I get emails all the time to my primary account. I downloaded RitasIce . Tried to sign up and either my email or password is “incorrect” ... I emailed the company and haven’t gotten a response. I love their products, but their app is useless. They keep sending me emails to download RitasIce and get a free ice. I only wish I could.

I downloaded RitasIce and tried to sign up for the rewards and after entering my information to sign up RitasIce just spins and never registers. I’ve uninstalled RitasIce and restarted my phone and reinstalled and still no luck.

Doesn’t allow me to log in using my email address that was previously linked through Facebook. Repeats that the password and email is invalid even when trying to create a new account with a separate email. Have sent an email as well

Downloaded RitasIce . Put in my information. Now I just keep getting the spinning wheel! It will not go any further. Tried on both my iPhone and iPad. So much for getting my free Italian Ice today. It’s the last day to download and get the free offer. Bummer.

Says email and password aren’t valid. Tried several times on different days.
Tried to request forgotten password and that didn’t work. Said need to sign up. Can’t sign up because I either get a frozen spinning wheel or invalid email message.
Super frustrating.

When trying to sign up on RitasIce , it gave me a never ending loading screen. I have tried exiting out of RitasIce 4 times to no avail. Hoping that this kind of error can eventually be fixed. I have also tried using data and WiFi...
