hi, we have downloaded this app but it hangs when loading a photo, from either the ipad photo library or a photo taken in the app itself. This happens on any ipad we try it on.

How to fix iFunFace app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iFunFace app on iPhone
Update iFunFace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iFunFace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iFunFace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iFunFace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iFunFace Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iFunFace not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iFunFace App
1. On android, goto Settings » iFunFace » click [Force Stop]

Update iFunFace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iFunFace App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iFunFace » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iFunFace.

Fix iFunFace unable to contact server/ iFunFace internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iFunFace » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iFunFace » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iFunFace
