How to fix PETI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PETI app on iPhone
Update PETI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PETI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PETI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PETI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PETI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PETI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PETI App
1. On android, goto Settings » PETI » click [Force Stop]

Update PETI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PETI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PETI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PETI.

Fix PETI unable to contact server/ PETI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PETI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PETI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PETI
