I love Pushpay… been using for years. My church giving statements accurately reflect each tithe/offering given. However, I’ve always been a bit suspicious of why the “RECURRING GIFT” button is AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULT when you log on??

For anyone who is new to Pushpay they wouldn’t quickly know to switch to “One Time Gift” if that what they wanted to do or what their Tithing budget allowed.

But to make that the DEFAULT button could cause some to INADVERTENTLY chose and end up overdraft in their accounts.

That leads to lost sheep who think they’ve been “Fleeced by another one of this preachers”. True story from someone I recommended Pushpay to.

My suggestion is to make “ ONE TIME PAYMENT “ the default settings… or change the color of the buttons for better recognition.

I recently, one week ago, installed Pushpay to make a monthly recurring donation to my church. The transaction reported that it had been made but then I see an error without any explanation of what the error was. I sent an immediate support question regarding this transaction and now one week later have not heard any resolution or even that they are looking into it. By the way, Pushpay shows no history of the transaction ever being done. So there doesn’t seem away to look at a giving history. But for them not to respond with a resolution or follow up question is inexcusable!

I’ve been using this app for some time and have grown to like it. However since I’ve upgraded to the iPhone XS Pushpay continuously crashes. I pick up my iPad Pro and it works fine. But the interface with Face ID or something is causing it to crash.

Up until now I was able to initiate a transaction and the last two days nothing is working. I am not able to change the $ amount and any other functions are not responsive either. IT please fix it. Thank you.

There should not be an app i the market that should force you to us a phone number to login. I’m sure I am not the only one getting way too many telemarketing calls or text, and this is exactly how It happens. If I can go to your website and login with just an email, then I should be able to do that on Pushpay . There is a suspicious and seemingly dubious reason for requiring a phone number—my guess is to either sell or store unnecessarily.

When I go to pay, instead of paying in Pushpay , it opens safari. Why can’t Pushpay do it all? Why have an app if it takes you to the internet? Also, the area to select your credit card is very close to the “pay” button. I was trying to select a different payment method and it went ahead and paid with a method I didn’t want. Maybe move the two areas apart?

I search Pushpay for my church and it doesn’t find my church even when I “allow my location”..... But I’ll can access my church to give tithes when I text the number given to us at church and by entering our text massage vvlifegive I can pay tithes without any problems. So why isn’t it working in Pushpay ?? Like the gentleman said.. why having a app and you can’t use it for the reason it’s created?????

In order to pay using Pushpay it will send you to your browser to make the payment. Basically a bookmark for the place you are paying/giving to. If they allowed to pay through Pushpay it would be great but to say it’s the “most advanced payment app” is a straight up lie! Website is great but Pushpay has much to be desired till it’s the “most advanced” or even worth the download.

I’ve used this for many months, but recently it started crashing immediately after trying to restart. I deleted it, downloaded it again and it worked once, but is now back to crashing. Frustrating.

App doesn’t support FaceId so you have to enter a pin every time. Doesn’t let me over-ride the default of “make this a recurring gift” to “give one time”. Good way to accidentally miss that and drain your bank account. Tech support is very slow Good luck getting a response within 6 weeks. I only wish I could give it a ZERO.

I have had two debit card accounts compromised in the last year and the only connection is my this app account. For both of these accounts, this app was the only application connected to these accounts. The transactions occurred in TX and FL and I live in neither state or have visited either state during this time.

Wondering if there has been a data breach?

It was great till the last upgrade but now it won’t work on my iPhone x

After downloading Pushpay and logging in it works fine, then, after closing Pushpay and trying to re-open/launch it Pushpay crashes immediately! I have tried several times deleting it and re downloading it...logging in...closing app...relaunching only to have it immediately crash and not open.

Pushpay crashes on opening on IOS12. Needs to be updated. It’s been months since the last update. They are making a cut from every payment made thru Pushpay /website, they need to spend some money on keeping Pushpay up to date. Also make Pushpay self sufficient, not just a shortcut to a web page.

I have used Pushpay since 2015. Great, fast, easy no issues. I’m using IOS, IPhone great job developers.

I really like Pushpay ; HOWEVER, the latest update states it’s to make Pushpay more stable, but now, I can’t even open Pushpay . I am working on an iPhone X.

What’s the purpose of Pushpay? It’s basically just a bookmark for their website. Any time you make a transaction it opens the this app website in safari. For an “app” that makes you use the browser it glitches A LOT. Constant messages of “session expired” or Pushpay just crashes on opening

When I launch Pushpay it immediately goes to a black screen then crashes.

I have the latest version installed and it has been doing this for at least two weeks on my phone.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Pushpay is very limited and at the time of payment it redirects you to website. I could have done the whole thing on safari. Also, after the first use on my iPhone X, Pushpay now crashes every time I try to open it. Needs lots of improvement.

iPhone XS Max here and had to download Pushpay 3 times as it worked a couple times and now crash every time I go to access it. It is a great app when it works. Please please please fix this crashing issue!

Every time I go to open Pushpay it crashes. I have to go to Pushpay Store and reinstall it every time to use it. Please fix this this happened only after the latest release that was intended to provide stability unfortunately just the opposite has occurred
