the app will not connect sometimes i can get it to open but the buffer circle just spins. i need to get last years history from it. i have been trying for a few weeks to use the app with no success. if i delete it and reinstall it will probably lose my transaction history

How to fix Pushpay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pushpay app on iPhone
Update Pushpay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pushpay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pushpay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pushpay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pushpay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pushpay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pushpay App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pushpay » click [Force Stop]

Update Pushpay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pushpay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pushpay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pushpay.

Fix Pushpay unable to contact server/ Pushpay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pushpay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pushpay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pushpay
