this app is an absolutely horrible bank with very shady business practices, and outdated technology, and sold out at minimum their customer service overseas. This used to be a local bank in my area. If you’d call you would literally speak to a person down the street from your house. Not anymore. When I call customer service now it’s India or some other country, always. Which is a major security concern to have unregulated countries where there’s lots of scams have access to your information. ON TOO OF THAT, this banking app charged me a $35 fee for MISTYPING literally pennies. I accidentally switched two numbers on a transfer and HarborOne allowed it to go thru and charged me a $35 fee for it. This would NEVER have happened with my other bank. If you mistype they just cancel the transaction and allow you to redo it. When I contacted customer service via messages, they were super rude. Needless to say I closed my account immediately and feel that others should do the same.

I really wish this app would get it together with HarborOne. Constantly asking me to remember the same device day after day, needing to login up to 3 times in a row before allowing me access, showing error messages along the way. Displaying pending withdrawals as pending credits. Sometimes, it doesn’t even work at all! Seriously leaves so much to be desired, I get increasingly frustrated each day I have to use HarborOne.

I sometimes have to try upwards of 10 times before HarborOne will actually open. Gets stuck on white screen or if it gets past that will load for a second and then freeze. Once it opens the interface is okay could definitely be organized better but I should at least be able to view my balances the first try…..

I’ve had HarborOne for years. While I love this bank, HarborOne is slow to respond if it’ll respond at all. Often have to close out and restart HarborOne 3-10 times just to successfully login. It’s a shame this hasn’t been fixed for the years I’ve had HarborOne.

I do not like this newly updated app. You have to login twice before you get in because the first try it kicks you out. Takes longer for you to get into your account and the screen turns blank after login and you’re not sure if its loading or the login didn’t work. Terrible upgrade

New update made this garbage, for one I haven’t been able to update the password it uses for my face recognition it saves it somewhere strange or within HarborOne , after the most recent update I can’t even do anything on HarborOne I sign in and it continuously loads… do you guys run any tests before deployment or is Claude writing this hot dump of a source for you.

App does exactly what I need it to. However it just keeps crashing and takes 8 attempts to get it open. Always shows the “we’re experiencing technical difficulties” message on the third or fourth attempt. Was never like this until the new style came out.

I’m still learning about Bill Pay and exactly how it works! I find it is not that user friendly! The programmer needs to be aware that the user (old people) might not understand the next step!

Since the new version, every time I login, I have to register my phone! Even after checking the input to remember the device - Annoying!
It is also a pain trying to deposit a check! It takes more than 3 attempts! Every time the error message says “No internet connection” but I’m using my WiFi.

I have given her one a three, I’ve never been able to get a home loan with them and was able to get others in my last time of getting a mortgage. I was at 3.28 and I was denied by Harbor one. Secondly, having a checking account with them, they have closed many of their ATM spots. Which really limits my ability to use their bank.

Harbor one Bank has been my bank for over 50 years. I have always received great service. Thank you.

Love this app Bank, but the latest update of HarborOne renders it useless. After logging in it immediately crashes every single time.

It has its quirks…for example, every time I log in with my iPad it needs to verify my identity even though it has supposedly saved my device at least 6 times already. Also, when you enter dollar amounts in the bill paying module, it conveniently includes the decimal place for you, but does not have that feature when entering amounts to transfer between accounts. Once in a while it glitches out and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall HarborOne , but overall it usually does the job. Almost forgot-electronically depositing checks is a very convenient benefit.

Love how the new versions has face ID. App is great, allows me to send money, open new accounts very quickly. Definitely one of the best online banking apps I’ve used

Nancy at Main St Brockton has been extremely kind to us. If it wasn’t for her we would have deposited our money in a different bank.

The customer service can not be beat! The branch in East Greenwich, RI has the best custuservice in any bank I have gone too. they know you hy name, always address your issues and are very patient.

Shutdowns during waking hours should not happen! Overnights are best for most people!
