Harborone is an absolutely horrible bank with very shady business practices, and outdated technology, and sold out at minimum their customer service overseas. This used to be a local bank in my area. If you’d call you would literally speak to a person down the street from your house. Not anymore. When I call customer service now it’s India or some other country, always. Which is a major security concern to have unregulated countries where there’s lots of scams have access to your information. ON TOO OF THAT, this banking app charged me a $35 fee for MISTYPING literally pennies. I accidentally switched two numbers on a transfer and the app allowed it to go thru and charged me a $35 fee for it. This would NEVER have happened with my other bank. If you mistype they just cancel the transaction and allow you to redo it. When I contacted customer service via messages, they were super rude. Needless to say I closed my account immediately and feel that others should do the same.

I really wish HarborOne would get it together with this app. Constantly asking me to remember the same device day after day, needing to login up to 3 times in a row before allowing me access, showing error messages along the way. Displaying pending withdrawals as pending credits. Sometimes, it doesn’t even work at all! Seriously leaves so much to be desired, I get increasingly frustrated each day I have to use this app.

I sometimes have to try upwards of 10 times before the app will actually open. Gets stuck on white screen or if it gets past that will load for a second and then freeze. Once it opens the interface is okay could definitely be organized better but I should at least be able to view my balances the first try…..
