App is hard to use to complete order compared to using website.
When ordering through app or online user cannot select notify when all items are available. This can only be done when placing orders in Grainger store.
In most cases when I place an order I need all items on order at same time to complete work.

First time I’ve ever ordered from Grainger. Ordered some cores from them, expected to be delivered 2 days afterwards. Never received product. I then received an email from Grainger with no details or explanations about a return/refund? Without any context as to what they’re wanting from me or want me to do. So I just bit the bullet and had to reorder the same product again and spend another $200. So as of right now, I’m about $400 out of pocket and my business is on pause until I get these cores. Next step will be to call make sure they’ll refund me for the first purchase.

Ordering is very easy and great service on getting orders out.
Your billing process makes expense reports impossible. Multiple items are billed once at checkout, but split between shipping locations and shows up on my card separately.
Example one receipt with total order, but multiple expenses, that make matching the receipts with charges very difficult.

Most corporate businesses tell their employees when it is raised time that since there is always room for improvement, they’re not going to an exceeds expectation rating so I feel the same way about surveys. There’s always room for improvement so you only get a meet expectation instead of an exceeds expectation. Which is a four instead of a five. You can’t expect the public to think any different than the bosses do.

Grainger has a great variety of selection to a keen eye. Also WWGraingerInc to do your simplified shipping is efficient and sufficient with ease. That’s why give a great rate of five stars, simplicity goes a long way. Keep up the great work team Grainger!

The tools on site are great they shipped & quality of the tools are great & customer service is also excellent when ever I call to check on things

WWGraingerInc is so easy. And it’s seamless to order online then pick up. The folks at Grainger are so very helpful and skilled at getting you what you need even if you don’t know what it’s called. The folks in my Westchester NY store are the best.

The search function in WWGraingerInc seems to be working better. It use to return some bizarre results on some very basic searches.

Everything is user friendly from product choices to choosing the shipping carrier. Customer service experience has been quick, prompt & very professional in my experiences. Overall great app & great staff.

This was a problem with the credit card address used the P.O. Box but the application will not let you put it a P.O. Box

You can search from app or on line but you cannot search your own lists.
Pinterest has an algorithm that allows you to search from own “pins” this would be extremely helpful on Grainger. Unless you open the whole list or have time to make multiple lists to search by task such as
1)custodial supplies
2) can liners
You get the idea.

I was in a hurry forgot to do this earlier today. I was happy we had a full assortment in stock!

Needed a variety of individual drink mixes to give out to our performers and staff at the California Capital Air Show. The drink packs are a great hit and affordable for me to buy and give away.

I get the chance to meet many of our local customers. Military. Law enforcement, Cal Fire, pilots from all over the country & this year my favorite the returning Thunderbirds.

People recognize the Grainger box if I’m driving around in the golf cart with water replenishment.

WWGraingerInc is not working properly. Every order I make, I have to manually enter my home address even though it does populate when I select the final destination it wont save it. I have to manually enter my home address every time

Grainger is just absolutely amazing. It’s unbelievable the products they stock and half available for next day delivery. Also want to give a shout out to their customer service and tech-support. Always friendly and knowledgeable people helping me out.

My partner and I are the ones who get it done. Grainger is the one who makes it happen. The parts and supplies are always there. Your team in 547 is exceptional . They are friendly, knowledgeable , go the extra mile with hard to find parts. It’s a pleasure dealing with them.

Good app. The only thing I find is that when placing order with multiple items in it, you have to enter department and PO for each individual item, so if I’m ordering 8 items for same department and same category, still have to do it 8 times, would be very nice if the order stays open while I populate all the items with only one department and one PO. Thanks

WWGraingerInc won’t work on apple phone unless very strong WIFI is present, the order doesn’t show PO and show error every time submit order
