App is hard to use to complete order compared to using website.
When ordering through app or online user cannot select notify when all items are available. This can only be done when placing orders in Grainger store.
In most cases when I place an order I need all items on order at same time to complete work.

First time I’ve ever ordered from Grainger. Ordered some cores from them, expected to be delivered 2 days afterwards. Never received product. I then received an email from Grainger with no details or explanations about a return/refund? Without any context as to what they’re wanting from me or want me to do. So I just bit the bullet and had to reorder the same product again and spend another $200. So as of right now, I’m about $400 out of pocket and my business is on pause until I get these cores. Next step will be to call make sure they’ll refund me for the first purchase.

Ordering is very easy and great service on getting orders out.
Your billing process makes expense reports impossible. Multiple items are billed once at checkout, but split between shipping locations and shows up on my card separately.
Example one receipt with total order, but multiple expenses, that make matching the receipts with charges very difficult.
