The app stopped downloading pictures on my S22. I un-installed and reinstalled and now can't get past the logo. Can't sign in

To resolve 23snaps network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the 23snaps App
1. On android, goto Settings » 23snaps » click [Force Stop]

Clear 23snaps App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 23snaps » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 23snaps.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 23snaps » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 23snaps » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 23snaps
