I started an order and canceled so I could add more photos. Once completed I proceeded through the order. I received a email that they had received the order. Later that evening I checked my paypal email and saw two snapfish orders. I immediately got on the chat and attempt to contact someone. For two days I tried regularly with no success. The snapfish phone number in paypal led to a sex line and all others were closed. I will be closing my account
I can't get to typing my text in the box I created.
Hello, I am working on a photo book in the snapfish app on my iPhone, but it keeps crashing. I have already tried closing the app, restarting my phone etc. If I were to uninstall and reinstall the snapfish app, would that erase my project? I’ve already put quite a bit of work in! Thanks, Megan
Whenever I try to type in the pages, everything starts flashing and moving around, and I can't do anything. I have to wait quite awhile until it settles down. Pushing the "spreads" button helps to settle it down, but soon as I click on anything typed, it goes berserk again.
Working on a 120 page photobook. Embellishments randomly disappear, and program will not let me replace them. I drag the replacement to the page, and it just disappears. Days later, the embellishment is back where it should be... Now it is changing fonts, and will not let me change them back. Right now, I am done with this book, waited to place order until this morning. But overnight, nine pages are missing embellishments, and three pages have incorrect fonts. Have no idea if or when this will correct itself, so I cannot place order...
