App worked well on Android 7 & 8. Won't load on Android 11 despite good internet. Some sort of message flashes before app drops off all together - too fast to read unfortunately. I've deleted & reinstalled the app, tried updating but no improvement. App permissions are OK - no other avenues to explore on my Cat S62 Pro phone. Help - I need a reliable weather guide for my work.

The app on my iPhone and iPad cannot connect and update data. This has been the case since yesterday. I can see it on computer which is MS.

Recently the app has been slow to load. Also the initial add is also slow to load so I can’t get to the weather pages. We have fibre here, and I am not having issues with web pages or other apps, so this is not an internet connection problem.
