When I tap on open with my device only gives me two options Epson print and google drive

Close and restart the MiTek app on iPhone

To resolve MiTek network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MiTek app issues:

Force Stop the MiTek App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MiTek app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MiTek to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MiTek App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MiTek app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MiTek.

Fix MiTek unable to contact server/ MiTek internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MiTek » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MiTek » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MiTek on android.
