How to fix EMOTION app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EMOTION app on iPhone
Update EMOTION app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EMOTION iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EMOTION on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EMOTION network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EMOTION Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EMOTION not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EMOTION App
1. On android, goto Settings » EMOTION » click [Force Stop]

Update EMOTION to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EMOTION App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EMOTION » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EMOTION.

Fix EMOTION unable to contact server/ EMOTION internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EMOTION » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EMOTION » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EMOTION
