Can not do the payment for joining new member It didn't work when I choose to do payment with my phone number I've been already top up my number

Hello, the Gronda app on my phone is great but it will not work on my laptop at all. I am a paid member and have been subscribed for two years at least. Can you please let me know if there is something I can do as I want to print off recipes from my laptop. Kind regards Paul

Hi, I have saved 72 creations that I was saving up before I bought the app. Have just purchased the app now and I can only see 15/72 creations when I open the list. What can I do to see the rest please. Thanks
