FirstIntlBankTrust is SO slow! My transactions just don’t keep up and was causing my balance to constantly be off. I’ve started using another bank specifically due to this and ONLY do my autopays thru first int

When u try and mobile deposit it works half the time and comes like 3 days late, app DOESNT WORK HALF THE TIME and EVERY TIME i bring a check in it takes ATLEAST 2.5 DAYS TO COME IN go to bell bank or something my friends got that their stuff is instant it’s an actual good bank and also i called them to try and get this stuff fixed they didn’t know what they where doing! Terrible bank they don’t care about helping u!!!!

They have a lot of catching up to do. Mobile deposits and zelle take forever to deposit, and when making a payment between accounts you’ll get an insufficient fund error even though the funds are there. I really wish they could catch up. I’d like to stay loyal because they helped me but my first house, but the ways things are looking I may need to visit another . 🥺

Mobile deposit rarely works.
I switched banks because I thought their app was archaic. I have lots more problems with this mobile app then my last bank. Pretty disappointed with this.

App is decent to see bank transactions for checking and savings accounts, but with the advanced technology of 2021 credit card transactions need to show pending instantly. It’s possible as I have other credit cards that update transactions instantly. If fraud or unauthorized transaction happen there isn’t a way to verify this until 2, 3 or 4 days later when you have already forgotten what you charged!

Need to be able to see the contents of the deposit not just that there was one. AHC need to be documented properly.

A lot of people aren’t successful at setting up e-statements without assistance. It is challenging to figure that out.

Hi I remember I used to see the the credits in green numbers now you don’t see that what happen to it I hate seeing it in black because I don’t know the credits that are coming through out the week.
