They just updated the app a week ago and changed the mobile deposit from you manually taking the picture to the app taking the picture. Problem is that the app won’t take the picture and I did everything it told me to, to a T. When I press take manually the app just goes black. I called for help to see if I was doing it wrong and I tried all of the ladies suggestions but it still won’t take a picture. Please go back to the way it was! Don’t fix something that isn’t broke!

The new update is much less user friendly. Especially the bill pay section. I used to be able to pay everything together instead of paying one at a time and having to backtrack back into the right page to pay another bill. I also liked how gave you a total of bills payed before. I also don’t like the way it rearranges bills when you pay them.
I basically don’t like any of it.

With the newest upgrade, all previous banking history is gone!! I use this app to see what checks have cleared, what transactions have gone through and the like. I no longer can check my history farther back than approximately a month (specifically 53 transaction). This is not acceptable when we are trying to stay away from paper statements.
