With the newest upgrade, all previous banking history is gone!! I use CapitalCreditUnion to see what checks have cleared, what transactions have gone through and the like. I no longer can check my history farther back than approximately a month (specifically 53 transaction). This is not acceptable when we are trying to stay away from paper statements.

They just updated CapitalCreditUnion a week ago and changed the mobile deposit from you manually taking the picture to CapitalCreditUnion taking the picture. Problem is that CapitalCreditUnion won’t take the picture and I did everything it told me to, to a T. When I press take manually CapitalCreditUnion just goes black. I called for help to see if I was doing it wrong and I tried all of the ladies suggestions but it still won’t take a picture. Please go back to the way it was! Don’t fix something that isn’t broke!

The new update is much less user friendly. Especially the bill pay section. I used to be able to pay everything together instead of paying one at a time and having to backtrack back into the right page to pay another bill. I also liked how gave you a total of bills payed before. I also don’t like the way it rearranges bills when you pay them.
I basically don’t like any of it.

I often wonder if anyone tests all aspects of the various IOS apps. The iPhone app generally works as expected. The iPad app works as if it is a computer app referencing “cookies not allowed” when I try to use bill pay. My laptop makes the same reference even though I allow cookies for the website as an exception to my policy. An extremely disjointed presentation of access across multiple platforms.

I did prefer the older website... more info, and easier to use. Loans should have start date and end date.... checking should have more entries

Once Capital updated their app we “the user” lost the ability to see our account balances diminishing. That was a really nice feature of the old app to know how my account balances were being affected at each transaction/debit as it was made. Would really like to see the new app do the same!

It’s a very nice app. The only thing it’s missing is to have full service as the website has. I would like to be able to manage my transfers through CapitalCreditUnion not only make them, also would be nice to be able to add external accounts through CapitalCreditUnion . As of now, we can only do it on the website but it doesn’t work if I’m using Safari. Some kind of glitch. Otherwise this is a very good bank app.

Never had the problems I experience since Capitol changed from Pioneer Online. Couldn’t get on again recently again. Don’t like having to get passcode to do Bill pay. Why then when I already have access to the accounts.

I used to be able to see the history of payments made to specific payers. This is no longer an option, at least in the mobile app. Please bring that back.

It would be helpful if in BillPay if the last transaction was shown for each payee listed. This was on the old version and I relied on it to know if I’d recently made payment. Thanks.

I certainly liked the system you had in place before. Not being able to access my account & statements for months on end is unacceptable! Not having access my account from my iPad as I had for years is UNACCEPTABLE. Get a new programmer & use the Chase on-line banking as an example to follow! The system you have is frustrating to say the least!

I use to LOVE CapitalCreditUnion but it doesn't even work anymore on my phone or ipad. I tried everything to get it to work!

I love the convenience of using mobile banking. It is so fast and easy. I haven’t needed to go to the bank since mid March! I did all of my bill paying and banking from home.😊mjh-FB

The new app is a disappointment! Have not been able to check statements, since the release, bill pay is more difficult and CapitalCreditUnion is not user friendly. A capital mistake!

I would love to be able to put my different accounts into a specific order. Can you please make that change so we are able to do that? That would rock! Otherwise I’m loving all of the new features of CapitalCreditUnion! Very user friendly! Also, loving that I can pay extra on the principle of my vehicle loan right on my phone without having to call the bank. So awesome!!😎

App works fine, but since the last update, I cannot rearrange the order of my accounts. I had them ordered by whose account they were, now it’s just all jumbled.
