Best financial app, period

I’ve been using Prism for years to track, pay, and manage my bills. PrismPayBillsBillReminder has performed flawlessly, saving me potentially hundreds of dollars over the years in late fees, overdraft charges, and interest payments. If you have bills (who doesn’t?), you need to use PrismPayBillsBillReminder. Hands-down the most useful money-related app on my phone.

That being said, I’m not loving the new interface. The previous version worked just fine, and now a lot of features have been unnecessarily moved, and I’m having to learn how to use PrismPayBillsBillReminder all over again. The “cards” interface is just...not helpful. None of the changes are improvements, and nothing has been refined. It’s made a trusty app more difficult to use, as it’s not as intuitive as the previous version. I don’t see the reason for the changes, and at the end of the day, I just flat-out don’t like it.

That being said, UI design aside, I’m absolutely going to continue using PrismPayBillsBillReminder because it’s still the best tool for the job. I still rated 5 stars because PrismPayBillsBillReminder still does what it’s meant to do- allow you to track, pay, and manage all of your bills in one app.

Awesome!

Believe me, I never write reviews and I’ve used ‘next to all’ budgeting apps out there - Clarity, Mint, even tried to make up my own budget using an excel spreadsheet and none compare to Prism.

I stumbled upon Prism by accident and I’ve been using it for about 4 months already and I just can’t believe I found exactly what I’ve been needing. Although a few of my billers aren’t supported yet, it’s not cumbersome to simply add a recurring reminder to my Outlook calendar with the due date and amount and just manually factor it in to my end of the month budget. Since Prism continuously refreshes in the background with your bank balance, it would be nice to see a feature added to recognize when bank deposit is made (salary paycheck, cash deposit, etc.) and factor that to get a more precise income for that pay period. (My hours vary due to overtime and I usually have to put in my base hours to get an idea of where I’d be).

Nevertheless, they have about 98% of my billers and I absolutely love that it’s continuously in-sync with the external companies I use and I even get push reminders when a bill is close to being due or on the exact date. They even allow you to make a same-day FREE payment for you within PrismPayBillsBillReminder ! It’s truly amazing! I will be keeping PrismPayBillsBillReminder for a lot longer than I anticipated and I hope to see my few companies finally included into PrismPayBillsBillReminder at some point in the future! ❤️

New update is awful

I have been using prism for years. Honestly, not sure what I would do without it. It has helped me manage my many bills and without PrismPayBillsBillReminder it would probably have cost me a lot of late fees over the years just from myself being disorganized. PrismPayBillsBillReminder organizes everything for me. That being said, the new layout is awful. I feel like I don’t have as good of an idea of what is going on with my bills and money with it. My friend told me she hated it so I waited until today (Feb 23) to update it. I regret doing so. My first experience was trying to pay $2500 on one of my credit cards. The payment has been “processing” since 7am and no way to cancel it so that I can just pay directly through the credit card company myself. If this bill was due today, it would be late because of this. So, my first experience with the update is awful, and already contemplating looking to see what other apps are out there that compare.. Please bring back the previous layout. Please!

(Feb 24) I updated my review to lower the star rating. The bill is still unpaid and “processing”. I have made frequent attempts to contact customer service, nothing. I am no longer comfortable paying bills directly through PrismPayBillsBillReminder. It worked fine before the update. PrismPayBillsBillReminder frequently crashes now and I’ve also had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to open at one point.

Truly amazing!!!

I never take the time to review apps, I think that if they work how they’re supposed to then why bother. But Prism has changed my Financial live and I felt the need to share. First of all PrismPayBillsBillReminder is super user friendly, it literally takes seconds to pay your bill, see where all your money is going and how much you have left at the end of the month. It supports millions of billers, and it retains your payment history, and it even recognizes when you pay a bill outside PrismPayBillsBillReminder so you don’t make a mistake and pay it again. I had an issue once and within minutes someone from their support team reach out and fixed it, and they owned their mistake and refunded me the late fee that my biller charged me, wow! They keep adding new features and they really do listen to what their customers have to say, which is all you’d ever what from a company. Kudos to their entire team for making financial lives easier, I know having control of all your bills can be overwhelming, but they simplify it so much that you don’t even realize it. I look forward to continue using their services!!

Update is junk

I had used Prism (pre-update) to successfully track and pay bills throughout the month. It was still valuable even though over the last few years some companies implemented 2 factor authentication and Prism integration failed. It was a minor nuisance to have to pay outside of PrismPayBillsBillReminder since I would still be able to see when things were coming due.

This new update, however, has killed the benefit of a bill tracking app. I can’t see more than a few bills at a time now. I can’t link billers or my bank account that were able to be linked prior to the update. As other reviewers have mentioned, the largest button on the landing page is “add biller.” Not sure how often the devs think this action will occur, but it is a bit absurd that THAT function is the most prominent. Some may find the list of accounts on the landing page helpful, but I certainly don’t. I like the visibility, but again... this is a bill pay app. I would prefer to see my bills. Even the “all bills” view doesn’t display more than a handful of bills at a time. I miss the old view where it was a no frills color coded list. I appreciated a running “spent” and “upcoming” total so that I could see at any given moment where I stood.

The best parts of the previous app are gone. The new version is junk and is more frustrating than helpful.

No More Late Payments!

In the past the only way I could consistently pay my bills on time was to pay them immediately upon receiving them. If I waited it never failed something would end up getting paid late or missed all together. Even when I paid on time it usually was a minimum payment of just some guess at what I should pay rather than any kind of budgeting. My first app that I started to use and helped me out immensely was Pageonce (now called Mint Bills) it was a game changer for me untill they reworked it’s format. It does a lot of stuff but for me it’s just confusing. Prism is more like Mint used to be, straight forward, here are your bills in a list or calendar form so you can easily see whats due now and what’s coming up. They keep improving it but they have held on to a simple, easy at a glance, format. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to manually sync all accounts at once. Not a big thing but would allow me to retain some of my laziness ;) Bottom line, PrismPayBillsBillReminder is why I haven’t had a late payment in years! Thanks Prism!

This is the BEST APP EVER.

This is my new favorite app. I would seriously pay for PrismPayBillsBillReminder. I could go on and on, but I’ll just let my message to my best friend speak for itself:

“But I HAVE to tell you about PrismPayBillsBillReminder, Prism. It links to and keeps track of all of your bills and accounts. And you link your checking account to it (or whatever, debit card, other account, whatever) - And then it tells you every day where your money is at and how much you have left until payday. Organizes all your bills and displays all the balances and due dates on the dashboard. And then you can click the bill and set when you want to pay (now, tomorrow, 3 days before due date, lots of options) and how much and from what account and then swipe and IT DOES IT FOR YOU RIGHT FROM THE DASHBOARD. I was so freaking tired of having to go from account to account to account and trying to remember due dates and organize money and prioritize bills and remembering different site logins. But NOW ITS JUST ALL IN ONE PLACE. AND IT’S FREE. AND I’M SO FREAKING EXCITED ABOUT IT.”

Thanks Prism!

Loved it until.....

I have used Prism for years and love PrismPayBillsBillReminder ! BUT the customer service is horrible! I ended up switching to a new phone and getting a new phone number this past weekend and I didn't know I wouldn't have any way to access to my account (linked to my old phone number). It wants to send a link to my old number and no other way to update my new information.

I have sent an email twice asking them to let me know how to getting around it sending me a link to my old phone and seeing if they can update my information. No one has responded (the auto response said they will get back to me within 24 hours and that hasn't happened) back. I have found two phone numbers online and no one answers. I'm super frustrated because I'm trying to get access to all my bills (can't remember all the passwords online and now I have to set up my account again) I didn't know I was going to have to set up everything again!

Developers - have other ways to set up and change information. Ohhh... And have people there to answer an email and phone. I'm planning on leaving prism because of a lack of customer service.

Losing it’s usefulness

Edit 2 for Dev response: Biometric security isn’t optional when it straight up doesn’t even work. It’s also been 5 months since an update the store page says now. I can click on version history and see you used to get regular updates just like every other financial app does. I’ve checked all my banking apps and they all get regular updates. When the OS gets more updates than your buggy app something ain’t right. Like I said before the only person working hard anymore on PrismPayBillsBillReminder is the guy replying to (endless bad) reviews.

Edit: The fact a financial app hasn’t been updated in 4 months tells me they won’t last much longer. There are numerous glaring bugs as serious as things like Face ID not ever being asked for! Sadly it’s basically just a reminder app for me now to pay my bills on time in a different app. I think the only guy still working at the company is the one replying to reviews…. Old review: I’ve liked and used PrismPayBillsBillReminder for a while but it seems that banks and businesses are using new levels of encryption that kill prisms connection. Wells Fargo, PayPal, t-mobile no longer appear for me. Hopefully more don’t stop dropping off because it’s useful having it all in one app.

You helped saved my credit score and money

UPDATED: I can’t believe how much PrismPayBillsBillReminder has helped me in the last year. Prior to finding this diamond of an app, I used Mint. Mint charged for paying bills and while I knew when the bills were due, I would often be late because I would get busy and forget to log on to the various websites to pay on time. It was a hassle and honestly I was lazy.

At the time of downloading PrismPayBillsBillReminder, my credit score was poor...really poor. Having Prism changed that. Not only can I see when my bills are due, but I can swipe to pay them in a matter of seconds. I started paying everything on time and a day or two early. A year later my credit score has gone up enough to finance a brand new car. I’ve also got a savings account built up now from being able to visually see my income/expenses. I’ve never felt more financially safe and smart in my life. Thank you prism for PrismPayBillsBillReminder and for remaining free to people like me. It’s been a life changer for this user.

So this is the thing !

I’ve been using prism for a few months and I loved it . It is so convenient to have all your bills in one place at the same time , an app that allows you to initiate a payment effortlessly. It was great , but now ??????? Now ??? I’m beyond heated , I initiated a payment yesterday for a bill due yesterday ..... I get an email that the bill was paid today ..... hello , I don’t need that type of negativity on my credit reports now . I do not need that kind of reputation with the lenders ..... so now that I am trying to contact prism , they are only online , I must allow 2-3 buisness days for a response. Hello this is a very critical matter , I hateeeeeeeeeeeee paying a bill late , I don’t do that , so why would you guys want to set me up for failure like that ????? You can not say that I probably set it for the wrong date , hello prism , all I have to do is go into the name of the bill I want to pay , swipe down and it pay ...... so how , please tell me how , the date is set for today ..... it specifically said MARCH 4th , $50 . Why why why ??? I’m heated .... I am dissatisfied now . Now my bill has been paid late & a late fee is now added .... !!! FIX IT , why would you guys be only online , no phone number for me to call to help resolve or explain my issue ? Why ?

Cat insurance lapsed...

I’ve been using PrismPayBillsBillReminder for years and was super happy with it and recommended it to everyone. Now I’m in trouble because of it! My Farm Bureau car insurance lapsed because they had sudden trouble updating my biller and PrismPayBillsBillReminder NEVER LET ME KNOW THERE WAS A PROBLEM!! As a result - I’m in trouble with the DMV and have to pay $50 fine. Now I also have to deal with DMV because they revived my license plates and god only know what king of trouble it will be at the DMV today... Usually it would tell you that there is a problem with the biller but not this time. I trusted it so much - I just go and pay whatever it says, now I feel I have to double check if there are any billers that just not being updated so I don’t see the bill.
I’m seriously thinking about switching to a different app now. I’m afraid I’ll miss other bills and my credit score will go down.
I called the number and couldn’t get anyone on the phone, left a message - no one called me back. Before it was easy to get in touch with them, I had an issue with HSBC bank before, PrismPayBillsBillReminder showed me there was a problem, I called and it was solved right away. Now - no communication. I’m very disappointed!
Also - the new interface is not good at all.

So over Prism!!!

I’ve been using Prism since 2014 and can no longer recommend it. The first few years using PrismPayBillsBillReminder and experiencing its updates were great as I was able to manage almost all of my bills centrally! This included the ability to see account balances, credit limits, etc. Unfortunately, Prism has gotten worse and worse since BillGO bought PrismPayBillsBillReminder a couple years ago and the new interface is horrible and very disappointing. I have so many bills now that can’t be linked and the new interface is so much less than what PrismPayBillsBillReminder used to offer.

I’ve had so many issues with cancelled payments, inconsistent messaging, technical issues with bills showing up, late fees and more. I’ve gotten bill payment confirmations, only to find out later that the bill actually wasn’t paid. In this instance, the bill payment confirmation messaging was removed and the only reason I knew something was wrong was because of yet another late fee. Prism struggles to support common credit card companies like Comenity and Syncrony and managing bills with Prism has become a nightmare. What is the point of using PrismPayBillsBillReminder, if people still have to manage a bunch of their accounts outside of it?

It’s good…

But I wish there was a way to manually add lesser known billers. I feel like it wouldn’t be that hard to put in the website & prism show you your active balance & when your next bill is due. But the way it is now, for my water company (which is extremely small. They got a website just a few months ago). You have to put what the bill is, the amount & when it’s due. All manually. So every month I’ll have to go update the actual due date (because it differs) as well as the amount (which also differs). I just feel like making it an option to include their url would make it much easier because it could automatically input the data. I’m not tech savvy. But I think it would be doable. Please make the manual billers easier to manage!! I love that I can see all of my other bills, the amounts & due dates in one place. Definitely a step up from me getting online once a month to write the amounts I owe plus the due dates on a post it to put on my fridge. So I appreciate that. I just wish it made it easier for all of the billers. Not just the most well known ones.

Hate the redesign

People hate change, but if it’s a good change, people will come around. Unfortunately I don’t think this will be the case for the last redesign. A few things I really hate about the new design: 1) defaults to home instead of bills (which was and should be the main focus), 2) bills don’t sync consistently and so there is a possibility that you could miss a payment (to be fair this was a problem before, but it didn’t get any better), 3) on the iPad, it doesn’t rotate the format properly (but at least it has a landscape view now, it didn’t before), 4) the general format - it just seemed so much more intuitive before, but the aesthetic is not as appealing either, although perhaps it’ll grow on me. There are a number of minor things I miss like the list of months across the top so you could jump to future months without having to scroll through each month. Others have noted a number of other missing features as well that I totally agree with, so I won’t rehash those here. I’ll give Prism a little longer to see if they fix some of the issues and make additional improvements, but I’ll be shopping around for a new alternative just in case.

New update

Edit: new update is much improved already!! Thank you devs for being so responsive and listening to feedback 😊

The new update removes almost everything I like about Prism. There is less functionality and the UI looks worse. The different colors for each bill was way more helpful. Now everything is a shade of blue and many of my bills are the same color since some are from the same bank. I miss the rainbow. The “Money” view where I could see all my card balances is gone, which is a huge disappointment. The due dates on bills are small and hard to read, they should be much more prominent. I have to go through my profile to see notifications instead of accessing them in the bottom tray. Also the bell icon in the profile menu looks like it should be clickable but it’s not. The solid blue calendar does not look great and again the font is much too small and light. I’m so sad, I love Prism and have been a user since 2015. Please consider bringing back some of the old functionality :(

This App Saves Time and Eliminates Headaches

Update: Changed review to 5 stars. No more crashes!

Always loved using Prism. Unfortunately, as an iOS 15 beta user, I was unable to use PrismPayBillsBillReminder . I used Mint until the beta ended. Mint is decent, but the bills weren’t as easy to access as Prism. Mint is focused more on investing. Grateful to use PrismPayBillsBillReminder once again. Almost all of my bills sync fine, except for Capital One(I know Prism is working on a fix), and Apple Card by Goldman Sachs. I sent a message to their support regarding Apple Card. They are very quick at responding. I like the ease of being able to contact customer support, especially when it’s associated with my finances. I would have given PrismPayBillsBillReminder 5 stars, but every once in a while, PrismPayBillsBillReminder crashes. Maybe it’s due to the new iOS. I will gladly update to 5 stars once the seldom crashes stop. Other than that, I highly recommend PrismPayBillsBillReminder for keeping track of your bills, over all other apps I’ve tried.

Most important App I have by far!

Most of us have tons of bills, ie. Mortgage/Rent payments, electric, water, gas, garbage, internet, phone bills, insurance, car payments, etc... if you’re like me and are extremely organized (or want to be) when it comes to staying on top of your finances then PrismPayBillsBillReminder is your lifesaver! I have been using Prisim for a few years now and it has kept me on top of all my bills so that I know at a glance what bills are due now, this week, this month, etc. I can see what bills have been paid and what bills are scheduled to be paid. I can see the balances in all of my checking accounts etc. Most importantly, PrismPayBillsBillReminder is extremely easy to use. My life has been made much less chaotic due to Prisim. Definitely give it a try, but take your time setting it up and put as many bills as you can in there. If you have reoccurring bills, it will always let you know when they are coming due and when you need to pay them. Its absolutely fantastic. Kudos Prisim!

A step backward

This new design looks good. But it’s a step or perhaps two backwards. The UI designer clearly did not have any clue about UX (user experience). The whole design slows you down. The apple performance has degraded but more on that later. The UI makes everything take 2 touches extra. Tap on a bill to pay. Wait. Click on make a payment. Wait. Click on how much to pay. Wait. Click in amount to pay. Wait. Then click on update to confirm amount. Wait. Then click which account to use. Wait. Click on account. Wait. Touch update to confirm. Wait. Then click on date to pay. Wait. Then pick a date from the date picker. Wait. The date picker does not indicate when the Bill is due. So go back to the first screen to look up the due date and start over with all steps again! No longer do we have the option to choose 1 or 3 days before due date as an option. You have to remember the due date and select the payment date manually.

The only silver lining is that it’s still free! Thank you for that. Happy to leave a tip to help you pay your bills for creating and hosting PrismPayBillsBillReminder .

Free and awesome

PrismPayBillsBillReminder is the go to if your looking for a way to get your bills/accounts in one place. I previously used mint and to me it was the best out there compared to competitors until a friend recommended prism. It is by far the easiest app ever. Set up the first time around took about 30 minutes or some but I set up everything at once. Rather than logging in several apps, I know pay all my bills through prism. PrismPayBillsBillReminder is free which I like because personally I wouldn’t pay for a bill pay service when banks offer them free however they do give you the option to tip them which I’m totally okay with. No crazy adds or asking for you to buy a premium version every other log in just simple, customizable, and straight tot the point. I like the breakdown of the bills by month and it allows me to see what is do within my biweekly pay period so I can know what to set aside. Try it! I’m telling everyone of all ages to try prism! Just keep it free.

Used to Love this App - Not So Much Lately

Prism used to be an outstanding app to use for tracking bills and payments for my credit cards, utility bills, etc. I started using it when Manilla went away. I still consider Manilla the gold standard and moved to Prism when it shut down. Over the last year, the quality and accuracy of the Prism app has deteriorated to the point I am actively looking for a replacement. Capital One is no longer supported, Macy’s and other billers are not updated timely. Payments occasionally sit in a pending state or are cancelled hours after submitting. You never have a true and accurate picture of your total debt. I noticed this change after they were purchased by another company. I routinely send messages about problems and get cheery “ we are working on it” responses. Capital One has been worked on for months with zero progress. I am hopeful that Prism can resolve all this issues by year end. PrismPayBillsBillReminder could be outstanding if they did.

Update: just had my payment to Macy’s cancelled. What is the purpose of a bill pay app that can no longer pay bills? Every day PrismPayBillsBillReminder gets worse and it is obvious that the new team cares little to solve the problems we now encounter routinely. Waiting for the cheery non response from customer no service!

Recently disappointed

I have been using PrismPayBillsBillReminder for quite a while and really appreciate having a single place to track all of my bills and financial information. I’ve grown very dependent on the accuracy of the information Prism provides me to manage my finances and help me stay current on bills.
I have had some issues over the last few months with billers not syncing and creating a lack of visibility to bills which were due and missed. I see responses from the developer to others offering to reimburse late fees but that misses the overall impact the issues are creating for users. Lenders change terms based on late payments. Credit scores can be damaged. These take time to repair and a late fee reimbursement is not the answer. Prism should know before I do there are issues within their systems which need attention.
I’m giving one more chance for them to figure out what they need to do before moving back over to Mint. It takes time to reload everything and once I put in that effort I won’t be coming back.
Come on Prism. You really do have a great product but it has to get fixed and then a focus put on version testing and early identification of internal issues so your users aren’t the alarm. You can do this!

Saved my Life

PrismPayBillsBillReminder is life changing. I have a lot of different credit cards and bills, and epically failed at remembering all of them every single month. Then things got worse after my fiancé and I broke up and I had to pay rent all by myself. My credit hit a serious low point! Then I found PrismPayBillsBillReminder! It made it possible for me to see all of my bills and due dates in one place as well as my paychecks. It allowed me to easily see exactly what had to be paid out of every check. And then stepped it up a notch further by allowing me to pay all of those bills in that app, just by selecting a date and swiping down! I’ve NEVER had a bill not go through like some of these others have said. But am confident that even if that did happen, the support team would make it right! My credit has already improved a ton and will only get better! I will soon be able to finance a brand new car and maybe look into purchasing a house! (In Denver, no less.) thank you so much, Prism!! Please continue the amazing work!

👍🏼Best available💵overview

There is definitely a learning curve involved to see how PrismPayBillsBillReminder works and make it soar for you, but once you see how it works it can handle all your finances – even when some billers refuse to work automatically with third-party apps, as is frustratingly the case with Capital One.
It’s beautifully designed, and I’ve found that the folks at Prism respond within a day to my questions (if you take a screenshot of any page, a message dialogue comes up, which is a cool & helpful feature). I’m enthusiastic about PrismPayBillsBillReminder the more I use it.
I now have about 15 different things in there, and I look at it every day. It takes a load off my mind to get an overview of my finances fast and clear. I pay some of my bills through it, the ones that aren’t on auto-pay through my bank **but I do this a week ahead of time, not at the last minute – for that I go directly to the biller website or app**
I recommend that you also check the iOS app "Bobby" which beautifully handles any subscriptions and irregular expenses you may have.
Prism was bought out by Billgo a few months ago. I see that some people are having problems. I have had zero, with the *caveat* mentioned above.
It's a rich & worthwhile app that will only get better. And I hope that those few financial institutions that won’t work with third-party apps will be forced to come around and play ball (the CFPB should force them to).

Helps some, not completely

Gets the job done but could b better. They seem to never add new biller. I can pay several of my bills on this. I can’t pay others tho bc they still haven’t added those billers. These r billers i requested to b added when i first started using PrismPayBillsBillReminder like 2 years ago and still they have not added them. I like that they have in app text chat with support bc I’m Deaf so text is easier than trying to do a relay phone call.
Only issue i’ve had with app is once in a while it will skip a bill one month. Like I’ll b checking my bills and going to pay them and notice there isn’t any bill for that month for internet or electric or something. First time that happened i thought maybe i just had got a credit that canceled out that months bill but then the following month the bill was double because the amount was for last month and that months bill amount together. After that time if i notice it skips a bill then i go directly to the billers website to check if i actually have a bill or not for that month.

This App is the Business!

I already thought that I was pretty responsible in paying my bills on time via my checklist and all of my various apps! However, PrismPayBillsBillReminder let's me work smarter and not harder in that everything is done from one place. From the bill reminder, to being able to pay directly from PrismPayBillsBillReminder and selecting which account to pay from has made me even more efficient than I thought I was already. The added bonus of knowing my credit card limits and balances as well as loan balances helps me to be more fiscally aware and financially savvy! I'm very pleased with the recent customer service and the experience that I received when I came across a minor issue. No complaints from me, 5🌟's all day!

Edited: if I could make a request, it would be to include a budgeting feature so I wouldn't have to use a separate app for that, but even without it, still 5🌟's!

Makes organizing bills easy

Have been using this 1 month. Connects to 90% of my billers, others are small rural companies. Lays out all my bills and paydays in an easy to read format. Gives me a weekly summary, and notifications of billing on my phone. I don’t use a lot of technology, because sometimes it just complicates things. Prism really is SIMPLE to use for tracking, organizing and even paying bills. A huge upgrade from my monthly 3x5 index cards I used to organize my bills with lol. Being able to see at a glance what bills are due and when, corresponding with paydays has allowed me to better budget my money and even have extra to start a savings account. Less stress, organization, and extra money is what prism means to me. I highly recommend, thanks Prism team! Also, this is the first app I have felt strongly enough about to review!

needs work!

I hardly ever leave a review but i really felt the need to leave one so maybe the issues i have will be resolved. PrismPayBillsBillReminder has a lot of flaws. The developers have not updated the support for a lot of my billers so i am unable to pay them with PrismPayBillsBillReminder . (Kinda defeats the purpose) also i am constantly having trouble with it not syncing properly to my bank and billers so my info is usually outdated everytime i use PrismPayBillsBillReminder . Last week i also had a problem with one of my billers stating they received authorization for an automatic payment (which i didn't authorize) so my account was overdrafted. Costing me a to pay overdraft fees and and penalties. I think if the developers worked on updating the support for billers, fixing the syncing problem, and fix the layout of PrismPayBillsBillReminder in a more user friendly way it could be great. For right now the layout is pretty congested and very unorganized. I'm looking into using another app that the developers are willing to address TRY to fix the issues rather than just say sorry it's messed up and not try to fix it. Maybe if they fixed the issues i could give it more stars.

The best budgeting app for young adults!!!

This is the best app I have ever used to keep up with my bills because unfortunately, I have a lot. Mint was just too much and really crowded. This is app is very easy to navigate and I like how is deprecated things by week and has a visual calendar organizing it by color. Best app for a young adult struggling with finances. I also recommended it to my brother because of the easy connects with billers and how easy it is to pay them from PrismPayBillsBillReminder and it connect to my apartment billing which is super awesome. The reason for the four stars is that I would like the option to add in a section for budgets I set for myself (food, gas, etc.) so it can actually calculate the spending money I’ll have left. I don’t really like it under “bills”. Cool idea for gas calculation would be if I could input the type of car I have and it’ll give me a general idea of how much i need vs. the distances I travel but that’s probably a long shot. 🤷🏽‍♀️
