My Stan App on Windows 10 opens and then closes down almost immediately. I have reset it, uninstalled it and reinstalled but problem still exists. Stan Customer Service has not replied to my last message.

My Stan App on Windows 10 opens and then closes down almost immediately. Tried it on my laptop and PC and it does the same. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but problem still exists.
