Lost my Turkish SIM card

Hello I have lost my Turkish SIM card how can I log in to my bank and am in abroad not in turkey

No access overseas

Why suddenly I cannot connect to my account. This is outrageous, I am not able to pay my bills or do any business. I am in the U.S. right now and after the last update, I lost connection to the bank. If this is not fixed I will take my business elsewhere.

Doesn’t work!

Does GarantiBBVA even work! It launches into a blank white page. Nothing else, no blanks, no info, no data… no screen. I’ve been doing this over the past three days. Can you please update this piece of trash!!!

Face ID disappeared

No Face ID anymore. Need to have it again.

Design

The new design of the angle for App is not useful because I have to use upside for the apple iPad.
I use the keyboard for the iPad which is same GARANTI BBVA managers. Then, to use GarantiBBVA for keeping upside is not easy with this keyboard.
Also, GarantiBBVA is visible more smaller than the iPad screen!
The user should can select GarantiBBVA as upside or side depends on the user desire!
You have to add the Face ID feature to GarantiBBVA !
Already, it doesn’t give good service to users by you.

Best banking app ever

Clean and intuitive GUI; I can do my transactions with minimum #of clicks; and screen are designed to fit in an iPhone screen... Quite impressive!

One step ahead, two steps behind

New version looks nice, however still does not have Touch ID. GarantiBBVA also added one more step before you can log in which is a waste of time
