Too Many Bugs & Glitches & Ways to get Ripped Off

The more recent updates to this game have ruined it. There are bugs and glitches constantly that make the user lose coins, coins that you must watch ads to earn and sometimes can earn a few by winning events/tournaments. Sometimes you watch the ads and you never get the coins. Sometimes you play Solo Events and are unable to claim your avatar at the end, and sometimes the game says the event ended (when it just started) and clears your progress so those coins you used to play each round were wasted. They make it difficult to earn coins, so when you spend them on games and/or boosters and your progresses is cleared because of a glitch/bug, it’s like you paid for something you never got. How fair is that? Imagine going to a store, giving them your money, and walking out empty handed. That’s what’s happening way too often to this once enjoyable game. And support seems to only acknowledge that you made a complaint and they ask for a screen shot. How a screen shot tells them that my progress was cleared is beyond me. They would need a screen shot of where I was at before it was cleared as well, and how would I have that?? They don’t reimburse lost coins and it takes an excessively long time until glitches/bugs are fixed. Used to be my favorite game. Hoping they change things so it can be my favorite again.

What happened to landscape orientation?

I play Ruzzle on an I-pad. The game can no longer be played in landscape mode. It is very awkward playing in portrait mode. Especially since I use it mounted on a keyboard. PLEASE change this back to the way it was. ( I do not have the rotation lock on) Team play has changed, not sure what update, but rather recently. Our team is so sick of losing. We did not get worse at Ruzzle but the way the Game is now set up we lose so much. It used to be that Gold League would be difficult to come in the top three. However the Silver League was doable. Not any more. We lose more than we win. For example: at the moment our team has 15 loses and 11 wins. Our team score is 968. We are all so frustrated. It is obvious that the new focus is not entertainment but to force players to use currency to continue to play. None of my team will use our hard earned money to buy coins for more time or team help. In other words to win. What used to be a super enjoyable, stress-reliever is now a stress inducers. One additional note. If you could sort reviews by date, you would see in the last 9 months there are more one star reviews than at any other time period. I don’t understand why reviews can not be sorted by stars or by newest to oldest. That way it would be true transparency on how this once super fun game is now viewed.

Not a quality or fun game anymore.....

This is my second review. First one is listed last. I enjoyed playing this game but the crap you have to put up with is NOT WORTH IT. While playing, the letters hesitate as you play so your score suffers, plus...I've been playing a long time and I have stats built up in the game and in the tournament. Then suddenly I was locked out of the tournament..could not play it anymore. Then I sent two messages to Ruzzel for help and no help. So For some reason I had to re-enter my email to sign in and the response was INVALID EMAIL. NO record of my email either that I've used for all of my games. Then said I had to establish new account ..so I tried but they changed my user name and password to one I didn't create. When I finally logged into this new account there was no evidence of me, or any past record of my longggg time playing stats. No decent customer service...if they had a good customer service to fix the first problem I would have given 5 stars. Obviously customers are NOT important to the, they have my money so to hell with me. .... This is my First Review. The new version is slow..touch is delayed...you touch a letter and in a second or so it registers. You can get any speed or accuracy with this fault. No fun anymore !! I have deleted it. Let us ALL know on FB when you have fixed the problems and it works and is fun to play again.
