Seems like every night you’re not able to access any of your information it’s giving a error even when you call the automated line it says there is application error
My first task was a remote deposit and MyNCU is stuck in an endless loop with error ‘turn off wifi’ and try again.
Really difficult to report an issue with MyNCU . Mobile check deposit doesn’t work properly. One you go to take a picture of the check it blurs the screen asking to rotate the phone but once rotated it still stays blurred. Thus rendering the mobile check deposit feature useless.
I am unable to deposit a check via mobile deposit. I thought the scheduled maintenance over the weekend would fix this but it didn’t.
MyNCU works when it wants to work and online deposit of checks is a no go although the button is there

Its great just needs a quick view to be able to see balance available for cards
NCU has screwed up the menu big time. It gives me a lot of spam when I want to see my accounts and I can’t find a link to bill pay.
