Mobile check deposit issue

Really difficult to report an issue with the app. Mobile check deposit doesn’t work properly. One you go to take a picture of the check it blurs the screen asking to rotate the phone but once rotated it still stays blurred. Thus rendering the mobile check deposit feature useless.

Seems like every night you’re not able to access any of your information it’s giving a error even when you call the automated line it says there is application error

I am unable to deposit a check via mobile deposit. I thought the scheduled maintenance over the weekend would fix this but it didn’t.
