Upgrade ruined app!

I have an iPhone 4s, and the app worked GREAT! Then I was asked to upgrade, and now the app doesn't work. I used this app faithfully for weather updates! It would've been nice to have this app working for tonight's weather! Ron said they are working in it, but I call bogus. I can only select my location before it closes out. Fix. It. Now.

Ron, I would have loved to have had this last night on Wolfforth. I can't get past the alert page. Please fix. You give the best weather anywhere. Can you fix this?
