Was getting "Fraud Detected" error when asking for appointment. Found that we could fix the problem by switching to Samsung phone instead of iPhone. If others are getting this error try using an Android phone not Apple.

The app does not scan my documents and most of the time it doesn't even say anything. On occasion it will throw a "scanning error" message, but no other information that I can use to troubleshoot.

Ask for an appointment and only get "Fraud Detected" error. We have not committed any fraud.. But because of this error we cannot get appointment.

I am using the a number provideded from uscis to enter the app and to scan my passport and take photo and the app says my a# is wrong and the app wont continue they should make the app login so i dont have to use a usa phone # for login.gov please have someone contact me to figure out how to do this so i can do it for everyone in my party my kids and my fiancee

I have two beneficiaries who have been attempting to submit their biographic information through CBP One and each time it says they are unable to locate their documents. I've been trying to contact USCIS and CBP since January 2023, but no one can help me or tell me what the problem is so I can fix it. On the other hand, I had another beneficiary who had no problems at all and was able to submit her biographic information, get her authorization, and is now in the United States. So I'm not sure what's preventing the other two beneficiaries from functioning properly; if someone could please contact me, we can resolve this issue.

I have been trying for the past 4 DAYS to scan my passport and face, I'm sure well over two hundred times and all I'm getting is an infinity of TRY AGAIN. I'm convinced there has to be a glitch/malfunction in the system by now.

There is a problem with this app. Every time I try to take the picture I keeps saying try again. Sometimes it takes the picture and still says try again. Thank you for your help.

I have all my information in the system but when I programed a date it stays Downloading, it does that daily at 6:00 am, then it says no available dates or times.

since Jan 27, my beneficiary can't submit her info to cbp one through the app; it keeps saying try again record can't be found. I have contacted cbp, uscis by email by phone, no one seems to care. To me, this is some sort of disrespect.

This CBP One App is trash and it doesn't work. I been trying to scan my photo for weeks, with different phones, at different times and it always says session expired. Whomever designed the app really needs to get it together. It is affecting my travel as well as everyone else's.

I am in Tijuana and have been trying to submit information for 5 days, every morning at 3:00 am I start. Some mornings it takes 3 hours for the camera to finally activate so I can take my photo. This morning, I have tried for 3.5 hours so far and the camera will not activate. They release new appointments at 6am, someone must be able to get this working since the appointments are taken each day. Please help with suggestions how to get this working. I have reinstalled the app multiple times, upgraded my sim card. I do not know what to do.

I am trying to bring my fiancee from Venezuela to Vermont. We have successfully submitted the I-134 dorm, but had to have USCIS fix a typo with her passport number. Her name is SUHEY ZIKIU ABREU GUTIERREZ. Her"A" number is A231 979 397. Now we get to the very end of the CBP1 App without any errors, but when she submits, she just gets a spinning blue circle. We have tried at least 3 times and waited for as long as 45 minutes the initial time, but nothing happens, just keeps spinning.

CBP One™ also provides access to a digital copy of their I-94 and up to 5 years of travel history. · The "Check Your Trusted Traveler Programs Status" feature allows travelers to check the status of an existing Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) application and membership using CBP One™.  They will also be able to receive real-time status updates regarding their appointment requests, or chat with a CBP Agriculture Specialist if additional information is needed from them. · The I-94 feature allows travelers to apply and pay for their I-94 up to seven days prior to their arrival in the U. S. at a Port of Entry (POE).  CBP One ™ currently has two features available, with more features being rolled out over the next year. · The Inspection Appointment request feature allows brokers/carriers/forwarders to use their mobile device to request an inspection for perishable cargo entering the U.
