Good evening, This is the third instance of seeking assistance for fixing so player. My issue is some movies within SOplayer have a 'playback error' and I have tried clearing the cache, forcing stop, and even downloading software to check and remove potentially hazardous files. If I could get some more in-depth assistance that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The SO Player error ec21 is not the fault of the app. That's where the thinking is wrong when focusing solely on the app. There is nothing wrong with SO Player. Many individuals focus too much on the app instead of the SO Player IPTV service. SO Player is a free app download. It does not deliver any streaming TV/VOD content by itself. You need an IPTV service subscription to activate and use SO Player to watch TV online. The IPTV service delivers all the streaming TV/VOD content and provides support for the app and streaming content delivered. You don't get support anyplace else online. Never search online for the app name such as SO Player to find answers or support. You go to the IPTV service website where you paid your subscription. This is where you get support. Most individuals don't know what an IPTV service is, don't know the name and where to go. They can't find any of the emails sent to them from the IPTV service when they first signed up to get the trial or subscription. I have noticed many so player error ec21 searches online where many individuals think the app is broken. Not the app but the problem stems from the IPTV service side. Go to your IPTV service website where you paid your subscription/renew your subscription. Put SO Player aside and focus on the IPTV service name to find them. That said... I have been noticing during the Clear Fire TV and eFire TV closings that many individuals are searching for help with SO Player error ec21. Think about the following... When all these things happen at the same time... * Your IPTV service closes down and their website no longer appears online * Cannot get any support, no response from email or phone number if there is one * Can't watch TV online anymore * Gettng an app error message If all of the above is occurring on your end, then it's time to move on. The LUX Player app is also compatible with the Roku device. So just start over and find the IPTV service to resume watching your favorites online. Only then will the SO Player error ec21 issue get resolved. Bookmarked/save all the IPTV services supporting the app names above so that you always have them on hand.

The SoPlayer said I needed to do an update and was unable to ignore anymore. Got an EC21 error code. Said to Call us and well help you, but I do not have anyway to get ahold of SoPlayer.
