moovit freezes page

My bus location didnt show live

Local station is not near my location

I'm in the Miami area. The app keeps saying "There are no upcoming departures. Try selecting a different time or changing directions. It was working fine yesterday. All of a sudden it will not locate and of the routes.

Moovit is not showing bus options or any transportation options except one: only directing me to uber and I dont want uber. Very frustrating and at the moment a completely useless app! Help! Thanjs do much!

Hello, The app won’t let me change metro areas like I’ve done in the past. I’ve updated Moovit; turned off my phone and turned back on. It still says: Failed to change metro to Genova in Italy (from Nice, France). I’ve been able to do this before. I travel and need to be able to change metro areas. Please help

Trying to plan journeys from home to work, 30 min bus journey in Leeds. Just says Trip plan error: the distance between the two points is beyond the coverage area.. first time using the app but the web app works better.

Need bus lines to the local grocery store. I keep getting the message "Trip plan error". This is my first time using this app. Looks like it's going to be my last.

Sometimes my bus number does not show up after I scanned the barcode other numbers and destinations show up not the one I am riding with.

I’m trying to find public transport between two points only 20 miles away from each other and it keeps saying trip plan error, the distance between these two points is beyond our coverage. Doesn’t make sense. Please fix.

I tick “bus” then “enter” but Nothing happens

Please please please, take away your app which appears to be unistallable proof. It is a complete nightmare. If you can't delete it remotely , send me instructions on how to delete it before I have to go to a consumer programme and get them to do it which will inevitably be v poor advert for you.

Moovit is not showing my current position, home, or work correctly. All 3 show up as a spot about 2km from here. I keep Enabling GPS for the app and it doesn't help.

When i try to plan a trip with a train involved i get an error that’s says “Try again something is not working right” with a gps logo and when I’m planing a trip without a train i have not problems I’m using your app almost daily for the past three years never happened to me i tried to re download and still not working please fix it !
