The app will not allow me to upload a photo confirming my college attendance for the College discount. It says "Some error occurred, please try again." This has happened several times and both my phone and my parent's phone. The local store said there is no way to access the discount without the app. The app doesn't work reliably. There should be another way to access the discount--either through a system that the local store can access, signing into the website without the app, or a code emailed to the student.
