I try to oder a Air fryer & a cooking set but it keep rejecting my card . & I just got it & us it a few times so I know it not my card . TY

I cannot contact the seller on the website or on the app. As soon as I submit my message it crashes the app or website. I need to contact them to return my order.

The app will not allow me to upload a photo confirming my college attendance for the College discount. It says "Some error occurred, please try again." This has happened several times and both my phone and my parent's phone. The local store said there is no way to access the discount without the app. The app doesn't work reliably. There should be another way to access the discount--either through a system that the local store can access, signing into the website without the app, or a code emailed to the student.
