App won’t open just darkens screen and won’t let me sign in

The app in android phone, I can log in to my nitrado account but when I try access my server it's just loading and loading.. But never bring up the server so I can manage it from phone. On pc it's all ok?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Nitrado app issues:

Force Stop the Nitrado App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Nitrado app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Nitrado to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nitrado App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Nitrado app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Nitrado.

Fix Nitrado unable to contact server/ Nitrado internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Nitrado » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Nitrado » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
