App won’t open just darkens screen and won’t let me sign in

The app in android phone, I can log in to my nitrado account but when I try access my server it's just loading and loading.. But never bring up the server so I can manage it from phone. On pc it's all ok?

How to fix Nitrado app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nitrado app on iPhone
Update Nitrado app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nitrado iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nitrado on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nitrado network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nitrado Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nitrado not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nitrado App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nitrado » click [Force Stop]

Update Nitrado to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nitrado App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nitrado » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nitrado.

Fix Nitrado unable to contact server/ Nitrado internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nitrado » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nitrado » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nitrado
