Well I started using the this app app to manage my Ark server I’m renting from them. I didn’t mind the layout of Nitrado but thought it could use improvements. Today I had to restart the server because it wasn’t letting someone log in. Instead of saving the server and restarting, it just restarted the server and lost 2 hours of work a player did. The loading icon is constantly on even though it’s not showing anything loading.

The biggest thing that bugs me to hell and back is the payment system on Nitrado . It’s very generic and poorly made. I tried to set my server to take payment of 90 days, it asks me to put money in the wallet. I use Nitrado and it puts in the amount that I need to fill the wallet to get the 90 days. Using PayPal, the company charged me one cent under what was required to buy the 90 day and now I’m stuck doing 30 days because using Nitrado now trying to do payment starts saying that the browser is out of date and I cannot access payment options now.

I’m guessing the website may be better but Nitrado needs severe improvements. Cause right now I’m tempted to find another server provider.

this app claims they update their servers within 2 hours of official updates. It’s over two weeks with he updates leaving my server 4 patches behind official. When I contacted their customer service they blamed the lag on COVID, then when I asked for a refund for lost time they told me I was welcome to open another ticket if I wanted them to look at it. If you can find another server to use avoid this app at all cost. Unless of course you like playing broken games and losing data...

I paid for a few months worth of subscription for my game that I am playing. This was the recommendation for my game to rent a server. It is a scam, a fake company. It doesn’t work, you can’t even stay on for longer then 1-3 minutes before it crashes and restarts your progress over and over! You should consider looking for another company to host your game.... or you will be scammed and no game sever to play on. Save yourself the headache and move on pass this company or you will be sorry.

Downloaded Nitrado and made an account. Kept refusing to let me even charge the account to use any services. Tryed multiple cards and devices and just wouldn’t work. Tried making support ticket and they closed the ticket after second email. I was really looking forward to making a private server but this app was a complete flop and customer service was just plain bad. Deleted Nitrado and gona watch and make sure they don’t take money later on.

If you are on Xbox one you apparently can’t renew your server so will lose all your progress. You can only pay to renew through the Microsoft/Xbox app, yet the ability to do this is no where to be found. this app has no idea how to do this themselves so they just say go to Nitrado . However I went through the entire app, searched through the games, their options, and no where does it give you the option to renew a server already purchased. TERRIBLE app. It was clearly set up by a 5 year old because nothing makes any sense.

Firstly everything is in Euro and cannot be changed to USD. When i try and choose my country it fails to show America or United States. The scroll list has ZERO organization so you need to keep scrolling back and forth to make sure you didn’t miss it. The server options to buy have no description (for ark) which one is which. The slider bar on the opening screen aren’t in English which is also not an option to change so i have no idea what they do. I’m worried if i even get a server and i guess the right one, it wont even work properly.

I’m giving this a now 1 star instead of two because the most recent update has caused a constant error try again message when I try to change any settings on my server. It saves the changes but it’s rather annoying seeing that error message every two seconds. I also want to add that I’m disappointed I can’t have my server setup to auto renew with my paypal due to some error message. Also my app says the server is installing an update and will restart when done but it’s been like this for 3 days(April 1st is three days) and customer service is trash. So maybe if you guys actually fix these then I will update it to be 5 stars

6 months ago I would of gave Nitrado a good review. It actually worked then with out bugging out a whole lot… Main issue now is I open Nitrado , click my game server I want to view, then click server settings to adjust that servers settings and everything goes crazy… It freaks out, takes me to a website saying I need to log in to make changes, also it tells me to download the already downloaded app… It is nonsense!! I already have Nitrado that I was just on and you took me away from Nitrado . Now you trying to put me back on Nitrado I just came from? Makes no sense at all and I get nowhere with this… Nitrado is pretty much useless honestly…. Until it is fixed and I can actually do something worthwhile on Nitrado, I don’t recommend anyone messing with this headache of an app… Sad but true!!

Nitrado is great for the initial startup faze. However I’m running a DayZ server on Xbox One and when I try to edit an .xml file Nitrado crashes every time. I’ve tried everything I could to make it work. If this could be fixed that would be awesome. Nitrado would get all 5 stars if it didn’t crash.

One thing I need to say first is if you want to host a ark server do it through a web browser it is a lot easier you don’t even need Nitrado. When it’s working my server runs fine the only complaint is I have to restart my server almost every time I want to play. I am not one to get annoyed by this but you may be. Note it is very easy to restart the server it can be done in less than 5 min but as I said it may annoy other people. All in all the software works well it is just glitchy and needs a lot of restarts.

Great app for use with game servers, however there needs to be an update soon, Nitrado isn’t interfacing properly with “server settings” tab, when you hit it, it sends you to a blank screen. A lot of times, you need to be able to use Nitrado because you don’t have access to a laptop to use the website. But if the server settings aren’t working properly then Nitrado is practically useless.

this app needs to inform people when things are no longer working or they’re having issues with. This is my second time buying a server through them, and still, after almost 4 months in between buying servers I have yet to be able to configure my server through Nitrado . This is unfortunate. Additionally Nitrado on the Xbox is just as wonky as you really don’t go anywhere and are not able to click anything if you go into the configuration settings.

Please fix these inabilities to properly layout a server for people to enjoy, thanks.

I gave it a 3 star bc I used to use it and it was great to where it deserved 5 star. Could edit all my expert settings and everything straight from Nitrado . But tbh it’s not even worth 1 star anymore really as Now Nitrado just directs out of Nitrado and onto safari for its website for you to have to login there and edit settings. Making Nitrado nothing but a “shortcut” with extra steps to its website. Don’t download it.

First of all it’s not even letting me download Nitrado I’ve tried on several devices at this moment it’s not letting me download.
Second of all not all the features are on there I don't have a pc at the moment to access all the features and awhile ago when I actually was able to download it on my old phone I tested to see if it works the same still and it doesn’t even have as many settings as pc it needs a lot of work done to it.

this app is great and Nitrado is nice that it as most of not all features needed to maintain your server. I do have to agree that the software does need some work. I too have been experiencing a lot of the same bugs, errors and crashes that have been mentioned in previous reviews.

I also find it interesting that the developers haven’t made much of an effort to offer any feedback for said reviews. You’d think that with how reputable their servers are, that they would keep a better eye on making sure their app is up to par as well.

I hope the developers are soon to get a grip on the reality of problems existing with their products because so far it’s pretty sad that we’re not seeing a more conscious effort to bettering their tools.

I’m only doing 4 stars because Nitrado no longer lets me adjust anything without taking me to the website. I also run an Ark mobile server and it shuts down at least 3 times a day. I have lost so many members because of this that I lowered the slot count to 6. If you can fix these, I’ll give 5 stars

Everyone is mad because it’s hard to manage, first off, if you understand how servers work, it’s really not, second, server hosting is meant to be on PC not a mobile device. Keep complaining it “needs an update” but it services the purpose I want it for, to stop, start, and restart my server for my members when I’m not home. Well done devs, not perfect, but truly, what is?

I am getting fed up with this. I have had Nitrado for a long time now and I’m trying to get a server on ark survival evolved mobile started. It won’t let me charge my account at all. I put in the necessary information to charge the account but it keeps saying that my account could not be charged at this time. I would try several times with the same message coming up every time. You need to fix this so I can rent a server soon.

I'm only putting this at 5 stars so that hopefully the developers see it. I play on a Ps4. First things first, when i bought the 3 day subscription to try it out, it never showed up until two days later. Second, make the settings more specific, and more diverse. Thirdly, i went through the trouble to tame a titan hoping to keep it permanently seeing how you implement a feed titan setting, it doesn't work and now my Titan is currently starving to death. I've using a PC server apparently so hopefully this gives you an idea how to fix the services in the future.

Nitrado USED to work perfectly now u have to go through a series of web pages and then use web interface login to make any changes to the ark server. When will it be updated and go back to normal? I have been paying y’all for almost 2 years now plz respond
