Can no longer deposit checks. Tells me to rotate phone and still won’t do anything.
Random bugs throughout time but could at least get it to work randomly until now.

I have been using this bank for four years now. Their policy’s are terrible compared too other banks. They hold your check for 7 days no matter if the other bank clears it or not. They lock down the debit cards so you can only use 200 on a single transaction. Then you have to call and have it temporary raised for a few days then it drops down again. Will be switching banks soon.

Great app but has glitches that are frustrating

Trying to open an app and it gives me application error every time.

FirstCommunityCreditUnion itself is fine, but after the iOS 18 update the apps old style widget is no longer supported and makes it extremely inconvenient since I used it daily to check balances.

FirstCommunityCreditUnion works great, but I have a personal and business account and I have to log out to view each of them.

Ever since the newest update, the main screen doesn’t with my accounts doesn’t load properly. They accounts won’t load at all until another tab is clicked on, and then gone back to the accounts. It’s quite annoying.

It’s such a roll of the dice on if this apps useable or not. I get having to do update.
But set up an update schedule not just any time updates or maintenance needs to be.

The common every day customer should easily understand and be able to operate these computer systems. Not every person works this computer bull every day.

I use it almost every day. I love being able to see my transactions almost instantly and it makes budgeting so much easier. It’s SO easy to make transfers and pay bills! I pay nearly all of my bills with FirstCommunityCreditUnion .

Please increase your monthly deposit limit. Actually, if you could increase the daily and weekly limits as well, that would really make this feature even better. I am a small business owner and have met the deposit limits a few times. This is a great service but with the increase, would be an outstanding service. Thank you

I’ve been using it for years makes moving money around or checking balances easy.

The FCCU app is easy to use. I like making transfers and checking my balances any time of the day or night, as well as on weekends! Five stars!

FirstCommunityCreditUnion is really nice and convenient. At the moment I’m not able to open FirstCommunityCreditUnion because it says it’s unavailable and had been so since the update 2 days ago. I didn’t feel like going through the support so I’m leave it on the reviews page incase anyone else is having the same problem. Great app though!

Obvi I love FirstCommunityCreditUnion because it’s my bank and YAY but the quick balance always seems to be disabled/not working and no matter how many times I keep turning it off/on it still tells me I need to ‘log in with Apple ID, or turn on ‘Quick Balance’ but it still doesn’t show up in my drop down menu of my phone. t’s a newer issue but I hope they fix it because I only ever log in to check my balance since there’s no other option with quick balance being broken...
