When we go to hrnblck to get the advace and it's time to scan the bsrcode on the screen and we follow the info out when she taps continues it doesn't work
Why can't I use the check to card feature? Its the only way I can deposit a check and it will not let me.
I keep trying to deposit my check using the check to card and it keeps telling me an error has occurred please try again. Is the system down right now?

I have been trying since 4/4/2022 to transfer money from an ePocket back to our emerald card and I can not get any help! We've been give 2 "case" numbers to "expedite" this & still can't login or get any help from H & R Block emerald customer service!
