Have used this for years and love it. Downloaded the star trek pack today and now nothing can be exported. It freezes everyone regardless of the effect used.

I bought the 20 pack of fx and only got three I’m wondering it’s because I turned my phone off whilst it was downloading it. When I turned it back on it said download failed

I have no audio on my iPhone 11. I have reinstalled the app I have turned my phone on and off and I have double checked all my settings and the microphone and audio all appear to be on. But I can’t get any audio out of the action movie FX.
