It would be nice to be able to control the volume within ASD . I like to keep it at max at night for first calls but I often forget to turn it back up from listening to my podcast. Thus I miss first calls in progress.

I love that I can save a message with a quick tap so I don’t have to step out to answer a phone call about a message. Being able to update on call information on the go is a game changer! The new texting thing were families can text the main number and I can get it on ASD is fantastic!

We currently use this app, and couldn’t ask for a better company! There app is so easy to use and has a ton of options to help your funeral home.
I also use the website to schedule directors on call. The website is very easy to navigate.
I recently just found out that this app also offer interpreting services! We have had a few families that have walked in and we had no way to communicate with them. A simple call to this app and an interpreter was on the phone to help us.
I would highly recommend them to any funeral home.

Life before the this app Mobile app looks very different from life with ASD . For one thing, reaching our staff with messages can be pin-pointed to a single on-call staff member, with messages going straight to a phone. Or, calls can be sent to multiple users so that the weight of being on call can be shared. If a call comes in that needs to reach another staff member, I can forward it to them within ASD , or use ASD to ask this app to keep trying to reach the other staff member with the message. If I am not on call I can inform this app of that from within ASD and I can even turn off notifications if I don't want to be bothered.
One of the greatest features, is that I can receive information from this app within ASD and I never need to take a call. This is great for settings where it’s inappropriate for me to talk on the phone.
One of the best and newest innovations is the ability to “patch” an outgoing call using the number for the funeral home as my caller ID. Before this capability, I always knew that returning calls to customers with my cell meant I increased the likelihood of receiving business calls on my cell phone when I was off-duty or on vacation or in church. Patching the funeral home’s main line into my return Caller ID means the family will continue to deal with the funeral home contact information rather than my personal contact information.

ASD is fantastic. Not only can you be alerted as a first call is being taken, you can control the time of day you are contacted as well as the contact settings based on urgency, change the on-call director, and dispatch messages to another person...right from ASD . I love ASD! It is so great to have when I am on a call or on a service. The push notifications and texts are great to have because I can get on the 3 way calls quicker. Plus, being able to change the call status is more convenient than calling this app if I am in a rural environment and am unable to get a phone signal.
