Am I the only iOS iPhone user that gets strange feedback when trying to listen to a message? It happens once in a while. My co workers have Androids and don’t seem to have this issue.

We have been using ASD at our firm for years. Always striving to improve their app and help a customer with a problem. They have added a texting feature that allows funeral directors to text families and not give out our personal numbers, also allowing everyone in the firm to see what has been sent- which is amazing. It would be nice to be able to control the volume within the app. I like to keep it at max at night for first calls but I often forget to turn it back up from listening to my podcast. Thus I miss first calls in progress.
