- Slow to load and freezes at 98%

- Articles only load the first image and have huge gaps between words where photos should be

- Fashion photos cannot be enlarged

- App is deeply flawed and has not been updated

- Consumes a lot of phone memory

- Subscription access can be lost and difficult to retrieve

- App crashes, photos fail to download, and page scrolling is wonky

- App logs users out and does not allow them to log back in, even with valid subscriptions

To resolve WWD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Clear WWD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WWD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WWD.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WWD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WWD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
