I’ve been shopping at Net-a-Porter since 2012. I loved the site. The merchandise was great and so was the customer service. I just ordered four pairs of shoes last week and heard nothing for almost a week. So I called which is always a pleasant experience in the past. I was greeted by Tony Soprano would proceeded to tell me my merchandise was being held up by unforeseen circumstances. The government wasn’t allowing my shoes to be sent. Really? That is not an unforeseen circumstance at this point. It is known. Why was there no notice on the site or an email informing me when I placed my order? He couldn’t even tell me when they thought they’d ship, so I cancelled my order. He said he ‘would see if I could cancel.’ No apology, nothing. RIP Net-a-Porter. You were great while you lasted.

NETAPORTER has become super glitchy, shopping on it truly has become a horrific experience. Theres something that keeps going wrong when it comes to checking out with the shopping bag, the items disappear when you want to check out, so i go back and put them again but now i have two of everything and theres no way to remove it because when you click on the shopping bag everything disappears again.. I noticed it since last year and i honestly stopped shopping on it, but then for someone unknown reason i tried shopping on NETAPORTER again and this happened AGAIN!!! Also my friends have been experiencing the same thing..how was it not fixed???????

I have on a few occasions found something I really love, put it in my cart, and without warning me to check out or lose the item, the items would get deleted while I was browsing for other items. Bad system as it leaves the client feeling annoyed. It does not really allow you to select standard shipping, even on sale items, which makes me feel like they should just delete the options. Shipping is consistently delayed on next day orders.

Good presentation, quality products, fair return policy.

NETAPORTER has a glitch in which the notifications aren’t mapped to the actual items presented in the notifications. Every time I receive a notification regarding an advertised item, when clicking on it, it goes to the main website page. Not the item that was sent in the notification. Kinda annoying not to be routed correctly. What’s the point of the notification?

Card capture does not work whatsoever. If you like to shop over the course of several days (like I do) you will have to completely empty and refill your cart before ordering as it seems the items expire?? It let me fill out all my payment and shipping then claimed my cart was empty. Nothing I wanted was sold out and I had to re enter all my info. Expect a little better from luxury shopping. Might as well just stick to the website. No benefit to NETAPORTER .

I’ve loved using NETAPORTER so far but for a month or so the wishlist is not working. It makes it hard to keep track of the items I want to buy (main use for it is easy access to the things I’m highly interested in when I’m ready to buy) . And I can’t track the orders I’ve placed using the orders button. I have to wait for an email with the tracking number.. kinda annoying

I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can’t considering I can’t purchase my most loved items because I can’t see them! I thought it was just a glitch with NETAPORTER but it’s been this way for months. I stopped using NETAPORTER and today I logged onto the website outside of NETAPORTER and realized that now I could see my wishlist but nothing I had been saving in NETAPORTER had actually saved. What gives?

Whenever I am scrolling through maybe every minute or 30-45 secs it jumps ahead four or five rows. It’s so annoying and after a while I will just stop shopping. Otherwise NETAPORTER is easy to navigate. I wish they would fix this glitch as it makes it totally unpleasant to shop/browse unless you are looking for something specific.

I have been on this site for years and years 2005 or 2006 maybe earlier . The good old days :) I used to be a vip customer but now -a -days there are many choices online.
I don’t find it’s curated as cohesively as it used to be . The clothes selections seem more random and they don’t all fit together both in placement/ order on site and as a grouping altogether. Sometimes the choices make no sense to me and I am quite the fashion person in a more laid back way now ,but I certainly have the knowledge ,and the eye.
It used to be a little more funky ,which appealed to me more , even in high end labels , but I guess that’s a financial decision .
I still purchase and look every Monday Wednesday and Friday but don’t find the experience as stimulating to my creativity .

NETAPORTER never opens, never works (had it on my iPhone for 3 or 4 years). Deleting it & reinstalling doesn’t help either. ... NETAPORTER is more convenient because clicking on items from the email would connect direct to the webpage.

They are always so fast to ship out purchases. They also process returns and refund your money back fast should your order doesn’t live up to your expectations which doesn’t happen very often. I love this website.

Your selected items are saved in shopping cart for several days unless it is sold out. Enjoy your experience.

Been with Net A Porter since 2011, and rarely have I been let down by their service and efficiency! Keep up the good work! :) I would like for you to introduce shoppers review on items, so perhaps consider that for future app updates.

The new version of NETAPORTER is so buggy that I’ve never been able to use it without it freezing on me. It’s so upsetting as I used to use it all the time. I have the iPhone 12 mini. Does NETAPORTER work for anyone anymore??

I think the photos, the styling, the models highlighting the looks, the selection and the overall ease of this site have made it a go to. I appreciate the size tips/guidance and transparency of the sizing on the model. It takes online shopping to a whole new level. Thank you !! 😘

I have never yet been disappointed by Net-A-Porter. If I can’t find something anywhere else, they work hard to find it somewhere!
I love the option of saving your order number and info to your camera roll. Saves me the time of having to screenshot my receipt!

I’m always tempted to look at this site but I never ordered before. It was a great experience. I ordered some shoes without any difficulty at all. I’m so anxious to get them and try them on. Looking forward to wearing them from Spring and into fall. Thanks for all you do to provide beautiful, stylish and elegant clothes!

Luv the easy access to high fashion ready-to-wear and major market labels, beautifully curated, from such a fluid, user-friendly e-tailer; all while sitting around at home in my undies at 11pm. Only complaint is — have some sales and discounts for good customers. See Shopbop — when they offer their “a few times a year” 30% off, I usually empty my “wish list” into the cart and have a party.

The website is so clean. Really highlights the merchandise. Wonderful customer service and fantastic selection! My only complaint is that I have a large wish list and it is very difficult to delete items. You can’t delete multiple items at once and the system is slow and finicky when deleting.

NETAPORTER was perfect. Then I updated it 2 days ago and I cannot view products. I cannot log onto my account. I can click on themed edits such as London FW feature. I can’t even browse “what’s new” - please fix again! It’s frustrating to wait to search your site on a regular computer :)

Love what they did with NETAPORTER - so much to enjoy and the selection seems even better. It’s difficult to shop for clothing shoes accessories online but NETAPORTER makes it so much easier. Their video is top notch and the best I’ve experienced when comparing to the other shopping apps. Thanks for all of the hard work folks - it’s a terrific app.

Love how detailed this online website is- from the notifications of purchase and shipment to how they package your purchase as a gift. Very upscale and a wide selection very different from the other online websites. Quick shipping and great customer service.
