Woke up at 5am my time to buy an exclusive item. Shop wouldn't load for an hour. At 6am the page finally loaded, and the item was out of stock. Waste of time. The site's instagram hyped up the release, and assured customers that the site would not go down. During the hour wait the instagram also assured everyone that the items were still in stock. Way to string us along. Don't reward this company.

Not able to see everything before the filter, it only shows the first page and have no choice to go to the next page. After filtering, everything is gone:) the page seems to be loading but after wait for 5mins , still not showing any

There is no notification before the purchase or when purchasing that I need to give out my SSN to get my order. I had ordered a lot of things over $1000 online, none of merchants need my SSN except "
this app.com". They told me" if you cannot send out your SSN, we will return the package back to us. " If you care your privacy like me, please be aware of shopping this website. Again, I don't believe SSN is needed for delivery, especially when the credit card transaction was been successfully made. I really don't think you need to give out your SSN for buying things online!! SO BE AWARE OF IT!!!

And by tracking the delivery status, I don't know why my order is sending to a clearance event. No one explains to me. This is ridiculous. I doubt that the products I ordered were used. This shopping experience is AWFUL!!! I will NEVER shop on this website again. I will shop on Saks Fifth Avenue or Bergdorf Goodman or Net-a-Porter instead.

I know you want to be "elegant" and "luxury", but UI should serve the purpose of providing a good user experience, and the UX design of 24S is terrible. Huge images above the fold that don't help at all. Descriptions that you need to scroll to the bottom if you want to see, which I care very much, even more than the images. Homepage which makes no sense to me. Models with animated scarf? Why?????

To preface, the design and functionality of 24S are great, hence why I would love to be able to shop for myself here.

I look forward to having an option to shop for men's clothing, so I can begin to use 24S.

The sub-category Boots and Ankle Boots under Men does not work every time I click it. It remains unresponsive after each update. Could you check that? Thank you.
