25 minutes on hold to reach a customer service rep.
Then put me on hold (second time) to check about a 10% discount for the contents of my shopping bag which you emailed to me yesterday. Rep knew nothing about it.
After another 12 minutes on what she described as a “brief hold” I finally hung up. Completed transaction on line because these were gifts that people had selected; the fact that each choose the same item was a coincidence as each wanted a cotton hoodie.
Hardly a way to treat customers; especially those who are trying to complete a purchase (rep knew from the conversation that I was trying to complete the purchase). Certainly could have offered to call me back.
Should consider using the system where you can leave your name and number, not lose your “place in line” and receive a return call.
Will certainly effect my future use of Mr. Porter.

I used to spend $1000s here a year. No more. Ever since they put in their new “system”, it’s been a total disaster. Can’t add to wish list, can’t see Reservations, can’t add to cart, can’t check out. When I can place an order using a browser, I’ve received damaged merchandise. Orders now take weeks to ship instead of what used to take a day or two. Whoever is running the ship there is a fool because they have no idea how much they’ve upset loyal customers. There are literally MILLIONS of other options, and Mr Porter went from the top of the list to the bottom.

Okay let’s make no mistake, Mr Porter has a great selection. But when I placed my order the numbers started to change! So I ordered a pair of killer Chelsea Boots and the price was one number, let’s say $360. When I went to checkout the number changed to let’s say $395. I called customer service and asked why hey said taxes. I scratched my head and replied “taxes”? I then asked some questions to the CSR on the line and they told me they were located in London. I told them I’m in Los Angeles and this is an online purchase so whom am I paying taxes to? Not the the State of California, and surely not the U.S. Federal Government! Now like all of us, I purchase lots of products online, and do not get charged taxes... in another country! Not cool Mr. Porter

Amazing selection of clothes. Great customer service unlike competitors.

While scrolling on MRPORTER items don’t load/vanish. You end up scrolling up again to give them a chance to load but then it skips back a few pages. Makes browsing kind of frustrating.

Come on Mr. P! Get your s#!+ together.

Terrific selection and effective personalization. Good eye for trends.

Trying to make a purchase? Get ready to struggle if you travel and / or browse goods in the US and UK. Overall, the ecom experience is a hassle and Mr Porter still has not mastered seamless global / local digital shopping.

One pet peeve is recent discounting experimentation. Please be transparent about retail and discounted prices and do not play games! It is annoying to faithful shoppers.

I have placed a $1,700 order, my credit card was charged. About a week later my items were still not dispatched.. and after endless back and forward with customer care I end up cancelling my order. Even that was complicated and still not have received my refunds. I could not have my desired suit for the wedding. Really bad

I am very happy with Mr Porter. The customer experience is seamless, upscale. I read your editorials. I like the constant newness of product. The door to door delivery to an Asian country is a much appreciate service. You take care of customs all all those formalities very wel. I do notice more problems in the customs and door to door process when my purchase exceed 800 dollars. So I try to stay under that which makes me refrain from price points above that. Sad because sometimes there are single pieces I want above that price point. I do wish you would carry Issey Miyake, Jil sander and also size 0 of James Perse. Thanks

There are minor bugs where the videos take time to load and also when app is in background and opening it again from background doesn’t load pictures of products, have to close MRPORTER and reopen to get all the products. Everything else is great keep up the good work

I’ve purchased many items from different brands and their apps. I have to say Mr. Porters customer service and user friendly experience is unrivaled. The small clip video and size comparison description to give you a better idea of how the items will fit is a huge plus I wish other brands would have. Mr. Porter exudes luxury and quality from the large array of quality items they select, the tasteful articles they post, down to even the premium packaging they provide. Chefs kiss* Thank you!

Mr. Porter has become my favorite luxury department store, even though it’s only online. (how cool would it be to have a physical store?) The service is incomparable to anything I’ve experienced, a beautifully designed app, interesting and entertaining articles, and the best selection of clothes. If you enjoy classy, contemporary style you have to check this place out. The support is perfect, responding to emails almost immediately and issuing cancels and refunds instantly. is if you are a man who wants to get things done with style and ease, this is for you.

They have everything a man would want that isn’t trash fast fashion or accessory’s and have discounts from time tot time. Other luxury stores with discounts cannot be trusted sometimes or allow you to order products and than tell you they don’t have it the next day. Shop w Mr. porter

Everything you want or need for your wardrobe. Beautifully organized and easy to navigate, the details (including reliable advice on how to find the right time size)and the generous return policy give shoppers confidence. You will probably love it but if that’s not the case you’re covered. THE best place for online shopping for men.

On iPhone8, the credit card details screen during checkout process has a minor issue. The “scan credit card” banner annoyingly blocks other fields while you move between the various billing details.

Great stuff and the most of the best brands. I think the edit is usually really good and I see a lot I love. I love shoes. Love the new Manolo Blahniks you have now. You should have Corthay shoes, they are tops. Thanks for continuing the print version of your newspaper. I love it. The guy from gossip girl has never looked so cool. The plaid coat on the cover is KILLER !

This is a wonderful app for two reasons. First, Mr. Porter is a premium shopping experience, with top notch items, free shipping and returns, and good original content. Second, MRPORTER makes it just as easy to browse the content and items as a web browser would. You can tell thought is put into every step of the process.

If you want the greatest app of all time when it comes to fashion and lifestyle for men, then look no further. I am heavily critical man looking to critique every little detail to take stars off, but this is the most complete app a man can get, not only for his wardrobe but for his lifestyle. Even though MRPORTER is free, I would be willing to pay a $50 subscription a month for MRPORTER with all the content Mr. Porter can supply.

Mr. Porter selections are of high quality and it saves me a lot of time in filtering out the mass options out there. Minor suggestions are server speed improvement (especially loading the images in my iPhone X apps is slower compared to Farfetch etc.). Also, it would be good to relax their selection process to include more items in each designer they carry. Else I’ve nothing to complain.

Mr. Porter does virtual shopping the right way: clear pictures, great selection, even better sales, and top notch customer service. Even before the pandemic I had purchased a couple items from them and was impressed each time.

I am glad to see they are still offering the selection and service I have gotten used to, and will continue to utilize them going forward.

Support is just as exceptional as quality of products. I had ordered an item, but it became unavailable. I was told I would be notified when the item became available again and it would be at the same price. I had my doubts of course because most online retailers just cancel your order and it’s tuff luck. But low and behold today I was reserved that item and as a result completed my purchase, without shipping cost. This exceeding my expectations!

I’m very hard to please but I just love Mr Porter. I love strolling through their App on a daily basis. They have all my favorite brands and I never worry about getting the wrong size because their customer service and return process is the best. Hopefully they never change for the worse.

The UI is very clean and just makes me want to buy more. Very quick and easy and the items available are of the best quality. Great customer service and amazing sales 2x a year. I love MRPORTER and will continue to do shopping with them
