‏ounass تطبيق نصب واحتيال اشتريت منهم فستان ومع الأسف المقاس كان صغير رجعت الفستان لهم ووافقوا على عملية الارجاع . لكن مارجعوا لي فلوس وصار لي شهر الآن اطالبهم بفلوسي .قاموا بالتلاعب والاحتيال داخل التطبيق واظهروا انه انتهت عملية الارجاع . كلمتهم في الانستقرام لااحد يرد وايضا في الواتساب والايميل ورقم التليفون لااحد يرد . ثم قمت بكتابة هاشتاق #ounass_تطبيق_نصب_واحتيال . تحت الصور فأوقفوني الان كيف استرجع فلوسي ؟ انصح الجميع بعدم تنزيل هذا التطبيق السئ لأنه يقوم بعملية نصب واحتيال ولا يستحق ان يكون موجود في الأبل ستور .

ounass scam application I bought a dress from them and unfortunately the size was small, I returned the dress to them and they agreed to the return process. But they returned me money, and now I have a month to ask them for my money. They manipulated and fraud within the application and showed that the return process has ended. Their word on Instagram, no one replied, and also on WhatsApp, email, and phone number, no one answered. Then I wrote the hashtag #ounass_application and fraud. Under the pictures, stop me now, how do I get my money back? I advise everyone not to download this bad application because it is a scam and does not deserve to be present in the Apple Store.

OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس is so frustrating lately it is so slow and i have to tap more than 3 times so it understands that I want to tap on a certain item!!!! Very disappointed.

I really enjoy purchasing from ounass but OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس keeps on glitching and freezing at least twice while using it. Seriously ounass has to fix this issue with OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس

The stock itself is great.
App function is very hard to use, glitches many times and makes the shopper not want to use it since it takes twice the time it should.
Deleted and redownloaded OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس several times and the glitch is still there

Horrible application (not the content) but OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس itself! Very slow and it crashes a lot ...how difficult it is to creat a stable app! We r in 2018! And yes I just updated OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس ..same problem! This reflects badly on ur business. If u can not do something as simple as creating an app,I have to doubt the rest of your serves!

OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس is very easy to use and delivery is super quick. The issue is that when several items are put in the cart, there is no way to choose or separate which items are for gifts. OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس “wrongly” defaults to making all the items in the cart as one gift and placing them all in one box. There is nowhere on OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس to indicate otherwise either. This is a simple issue that can be resolved quickly to make shopping on Ounass 5*

Ounass as a whole is really great and I really enjoy using it for my online shopping however OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس in specific has a lot of glitches, and atleast once per use, it either crashes or freezes and I’m forced to close it and reopen. Also When I click an item to select it, it sometimes doesn’t work or it opens a completely different item instead.

Overall is decent, I use it but mainly because there aren't much alternatives in the region (without paying duties etc).

OunassLuxuryShoppingاناس is glitchy, and their service is not consistent.

Their communications regarding orders and returns are very lacking in information and steps.

Calling them is quick, but it's useless. And they don't reply to emails!
