Can't download Bose Music App to my android phone, so I can't set up my Bose Smart Speaker?
Just got a pair of QC headphones. They work great but it is impossible to find them on the Bose Music app, I can however find them with the Bose connect app but that ends up redirecting me to the Bose Music app wich still doesnt work. I can connect straight to my devices through bluetooth, but through the Bose Music app it just doesn't want to find anything. All necessary authorization are set up correctly, BT + GPS are on etc.
Bose music app downloads to my Moto 8 (Android 10), it connects my Bose 700 headphone, but there is no way in this app to access settings or controls. It connects only. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app with the same result?

I am using the apps on my iPhone which operate with IOS 16. when open the Bose music app, it automatically closed and no response after that. Event, though I uninstall and reinstall the apps and it still same error. Hope Bose team able to fix the issue as soon as possible.

2 weeks SoundTouch app not working, it doesn't matter what yo do (reinstalling, rebooting, etc, etc) at the end the app send an error message. The worst customer service ever! I'm ready to replace all my Bose boxes for a brand new ones from a more serious vendor. BTW one who don't ask me to sign in their system to listen my own music.
The Bose Music app has stopped working correctly. I have to sign in every time I use it. The app has been flakey for years so I am seriously considering scrapping my Bose equipment and migrate to a manufacturer that has more reliable support. There should be no reason to sign in to an account just to use Bose equipment. Very frustrating and annoying.

The power sync buttons are all set to on and won’t let me alter them and in the advanced CEC I’ve tried every setting because everything keeps powering off and then coming straight back on and it happens on them all. The soundbar is playing through the tv which is brand new but the soundbar won’t show up in the Viera link setting? So can’t control the volume with the tv controls.
