Why change something that worked?

Most annoying thing is you can’t use other accounts anymore as you can only register one account per device. Ever thought of multiple people using an iPad?

Have to register device, seems flaky

Have to register your device to use the new version of Santander , fine except the code to register never seems to get sent to my phone (the number is definitely correct). So I can’t login anymore :(

Bring back the old version

I hate this new version of Santander . Nothing useful added new. The UI has been overly complicated to require you to swipe to do anything. You have to click on the screen about twice as much to do tasks with the old version that took just one or two presses.

For example to view transactions on my 3rd registered account on login I've to swipe twice then select, then select again just to get transactions. Old version, just one click on the summary after login to be taken to transactions. Doing transfers is the same.

Terrible upgrade, more of a downgrade.

Transfer to my own account

This is the third time I send money from this account to my another account but it’s not transferring even it’s been more than 3 days. Very upset

Please stop with the forced updates already!!!

If you need to make a transfer (for example to make a withdrawal from a cash point) and Santander goes “out-of-date” you are forced to wait and update Santander . This has happened many times to me in situations where there is a poor internet connection. Very poor software design.

Minimal UI but lacking essential features

Previous iterations had a way to know how much you have spent during the week or you could just ask the voice assistant.

Both now both them are gone and I honestly used them a lot because I always like to know how much I'm spending.

Bring one of these two features back please. And btw, checking account details have changed location or removed? Add some guide whenever you move things around and it's not easily accessible. Santander makes me think too much that bad UI.

Better than nothing

I'm using Santander very often, thanks for developing it. There is no way to contact developers drop Santander , so I'll writ here.

* Please let me replace your ultra secure three digit log on with Touch ID
* Logging in requires 2 taps, should be only one
* Its a good practice to add 1Password support
* Bottom navigation bar is good
* Contact us view is pointless, numbers are not selectable, on iPad at least (on iOS 8 I can dial any number with a single tap using my iPhone).
* I'm paying for my account each month and I still have to look on ads inside of your app. You taking advantage of my screen unfairly, instead of showing my content you are promoting your own business interests.

Search option

Easy and efficient, thanks. But on the desktop site, I like being able to search for specific amounts that entered my account on specific dates. I can’t find that option on Santander .

Overseas payments in a day!

Sent money to a friend in the States and less than 24hrs it was their account. Awesome!

Best bank app so far!

This is the best bank app I have tried so far. It is fully native, very fast and very responsive. It works fast even in old phones like the iPhone 4. Other bank apps are just wrappers around a web page, this one instead seems like a real app. And it is available in all iTunes Store so no need to switch iTunes stores if you are having a student course abroad. Excellent!

Quick and easy transfers.

Its so nice to be able to do my banking on cell phone from anywhere in the world. Thank You this app for always offering polite and helpful service.
